Location. It was easy to get to and the highway.

Our room was clean, but was missing a few things like a working clock and no tissues. I real issue was the outside grounds. There was litter and cigarette butts all around the building. Worst of all there was dog poop right near our door.

Musty smelling rooms, uncomfortable beds

The front deck staff were pleasant.

The room was filthy, smelled like smoke which was supposed to be a none smoking room. The linens and bed spread were stained. The air conditioner was dusty and had dried macaroni in it. The towel rack was barely hanging on the wall. There was a hole in the bathroom door and wall. The floor was very dirty!

Friendly staff. Suite was comfortable.

Floor not clean. Socks got dirty walking on tile in room.

Absolutely nothing, the property was a disaster.

A/C did not work, the property was filthy, the non-smoking rooms all reeked of smoke. The staff was smoking every where, we were given 3 different rooms, all equally worse. People walked in our room, because staff did not update room change in the system. There were bugs and my spouse and I got bitten. The linen was dirty and there were hairs on the pillow covers.

it was very dusty and the mattress was lumpy. Way too much noise at night and the floor got too wet after a shower.

We reserved thru booking.com a King suit room- we arrived at the property an were told there were no King rooms available. We were put in a Handicap Queen room- not to our liking, The floors in the room were dirty- you could not walk in bare feet. The lobby and Breakfast room were under construction and dirty. We paid for breakfast but would not eat there. Will not stay here again- would not recommend.
