Stanza ampia, buona posizione per la visita del Grand Canyon e buona pulizia. Colazione abbastanza mediocre inclusa nel prezzo

Nonostante avessi prontamente avvisato il personale alla reception che il riscaldamento in stanza non funzionasse e la stanza fosse estremamente fredda (la temperatura esterna era sotto zero essendo pieno inverno), il problema non è stato risolto e ci è stata consegnata una stufetta assolutamente non in grado di scaldare un ambiente così ampio, visto anche le coperte molto leggere. Ritornando poi al desk ci è stato detto che il problema sarebbe stato risolto il giorno dopo nonostante noi ci fermassimo una sola notte. La risposta finale è stata un "I'm sorry about that". Consiglio: verificate la temperatura della stanza, soprattutto se capitate nella 202.

We stayed at this hotel one night on our way from Las Vegas to the Grand Canyon. For this purpose, the location was great. The room is very nice and spacious, the bed very comfortable. The hottub and the swimming pool are a nice add-on.

Breakfast was very limited, and barely any vegan options.

I booked one room but was billed on credit card for two rooms. Still trying to fix the mess.

It was great the spa and pool were open

The people upstairs were very loud and at 230 am the neighbor was knocking on his food to get let in

The day we arrived we check in got into our swim suits they tell us the pool is down for "maintenance" I had called the day before to make sure the pool was working cuz my kids wanted to go swimming. No housekeeping available the whole stay. We had to go to the front desk and ask for clean towels, toilet paper, trash bags. Every morning tons of towels and trash bags down the hallway. I ask this lady that work in housekeeping if I can get some towels ( she had her cart with her) she said no you need to go to the front desk, when she literally had towels in her cart.

Our experience was awful. The rooms had a chemical smell and very sticky. The beds were like rocks and could feel the springs. The AC didn’t work. The bed had hair in it!!! And the breakfast was a joke. Didn’t even stay to eat it. All sugar and carbs. Absolutely the worst hotel experience ever. I’d like a refund

Friendly staff also in the late evening. Proximity to Route 66 and good solution if you plan to visit Gran Canyon in the morning.

Breakfast too much essential.

The room was large and comfortable. Very homelike feel. Good continental breakfast. Close enough to the Grsnd Canyon. I will use them again on my next visit!

There were some stains on the towels and on the wall behind the coffee maker.

It is a low budget place. Decent stay for the price

Run down and needs some serious updating. Room was musty and the bed coverings were awful! Will never stay here again, yuck!

I didn't like that it was dark and very outdated. The floors in the hallways were dirty carpet. The curtains and the bedspreads were dark and stained. It didn't feel clean at all.

Room was spacious,staff very pleasant and bed comfortable,lots of water pressure

Maybe add fruit and yogurt to the bkfst choices

Price and location

Parking too close to the street, my room connecting door was too difficult to operate.. Breakfast too simple, no coffee, eating area too small
