Breakfast was good, have many choices.

Bacon can be more crispy instead of so soft. Fried potatoes taste so so. Please provide hot egg items for cheese allergy person when serving fried egg with cheese. Not everyone like refrigerate cold hard boiled egg. Too many waffle machine but no pancakes Air conditioning sound too loud when turn on.

people from other country were occupying the laundry room and when reported to the front desk they were rude and helpless

I loved the indoor pool and how cozy the bed was! hotel beds are never that comfy.

when we got into our room the entryway light was broken and we were scrambling in the dark to find a switch. also, breakfast was so bad I hardly ate and went out to get a good breakfast somewhere else.

For the price, it was that bad. Room was clean.

I was staying for four nights. I chose this hotel because it had a good location and it had a hot tub and an indoor pool and a gym. All of these facilities were either out of order or very poorly equipped. Breakfast was very poor as well. And every day same. The coffee was non-drinkable! And the food is fine if you stay for one night but if you have to take it twice or even more times, it's very hard to pick something...I am very disappointed that the hotel did not state that the pool and hot tub are not working. I specifically chose this hotel because of that...Also, there was pretty bad smell in the corridors, like a smoke smell...
