NOTHING
Our room view was a highway with a lot of noise, the room was old with carpet, dark, half of the bulb lights were missing or not working, they charge us $318 for a room with a real value of $100 top.
They charge for the water bottle $ 2/each.
I will never come back again to this hotel.

the room was clean and cozy. Nothing fancy but definitely decent. Plenty of room to hang your clothes and put things away, and a nice desk. The breakfast was fresh, with hot items too, and was always restocked. Definitely filling and satisfying.
My only complaint was the traffic noise. It's next to a freeway, and the nonstop car sounds, and especially motorcycles, made it hard to sleep. I know it can't be helped that it's next to a freeway but it really was a bummer. And I'm hard of hearing and still hard trouble staying asleep.

It was close enough to where the event I came out for was
Room and bathroom were not very clean. Especially the bathroom; it needs to be deeply cleaned (mildew in the shower and on ceiling, dirty corners on the floor) and renovated (hole in wall and badly patched wallpaper). Lamp next to bed was broken, and both the tv and desk lamp were very crooked. The tv could not be made to stand straight. The whole room had an air of cheapness not quality. We left for the entire day and came back at 10pm to find that our room had not been cleaned at all.

Staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming.
Dining area was very clean and the breakfast had a nice variety. Staff stayed in the dining area and replenished items quickly.

Breakfast dish offers could have been better stocked. There were a couple of empty trays of a couple of main dishes.

The TV couldn't scan the stations. I'm a bit of a tekkie and if I couldn't get it going only some able bodied staff member could have. But TV wasn't THAT major.

My room was above what appeared to be a big AC unit or fridge AC ? And it was pretty loud all night.
Ladies in breakfast area had a uniform which made them look professional. Can’t say the same about receptionists

Hot breakfast was great but one of the servers not nice at all the other one super good, quality of soap, shampoo, gym, pool lots of parking space, walk to restaurants few steps away and location this hotel has everything.
Just Need little more smile face, specially server and front desk, everything else is great.

Bed was comfortable enough. Location was close enough to wedding venue
I couldn't believe how dirty this hotel was. Even the front door of the hotel was dirty. Elevator was dirty and light blinking on it like it had a short in it. Ice machine broken. Stained carpet. Dirty corners throughout the room and shower corners on floor dirty and peeling off. The place needs major updating. I paid 300 dollars for 1 night and I feel totally ripped off. I will never stay at a Holiday Inn Express again

My daughter &I took an overnight trip. The hotel was perfect, very clean, 2 beds, the breakfast was delicious, 5 min drive to Old Town, close to shopping/restaurants. Employees polite and welcoming.

Breakfast was fine. There was a wide variety of foods offered and a dinning area that was clean and adequate. Our room was clean and convenient
to the lobby. The staff friendly and polite. It was fine for price.

smelled like pot down the hall and reeked of onions or body odor in the room all night- In and out next door so it was probably the onions- completely broken floor lamp, poor lighting and coming in at night dark parking lot
