mattress uncomfortable, lumpy

Quiet, clean, efficient & friendly staff! Bed & pillows were very comfortable.

The QR code for the washer/dryer was not working, so I needed to dig for $3.00 in quarters. Clothing was drenched from rain. The staff stated these appliances were contacted out so they couldn’t help with QR code situation.

Ample parking. Spacious, clean lobby. Gracious staff. Nice amenities. Great location. Quiet. Lots of green space.

very Quiet and appox.17 mins. from Bush Gardens. Very clean and complimentary breakfasts. The staff was AWESOME and friendly. They made me and my family feel very comfortable.

The room could of been a little cleaner left over jelly beans were on the floor from a previous guest. The toilet won’t stop running & the lightning was not that bright.

the person at check in had a real attitude. we booked a double queen room and were given a king. i asked why and ahe kept saying that we booked through a third party so we were not guaranteed anything. i asked another question and she again made a comment about us booking thru a third party-being booking .com. by the time i got the keys to the room i could have smacked her- definitely not a good experience

As long I have been a Hilton Honor's I have never experience rudeness from e desk clerk with I simply enquired concerning my military discount. And to add he just dismissed my Honors membership. The room we were assign the bathtub was dirty and after about three hours in the room leaps from screaming bug and sure enough there was bub more four inches long. We assigned a room and that room not clean. The next day as we got ready and I contemplating leaving the hotel I decided give it another try. I returned to room after six in the evening only to discover my room had not been clean. It appeared that no one had come to the even though as we were leaving housekeeping had setup next to door and I spoke to the person so even if the room was not her list she was well aware that someone must be in the room.

We stayed four nights the third day ask for room to be cleaned , we didn’t have toilet paper , tissues or coffee anymore and the cleaning person left a note saying to call downstairs and get the tissues

Staff was friendly, room and other facilities were very clean, comfortable beds and pillows.

The pool was closed for renovations. No spa.

Breakfast was very good and Nicole"s service was exceptional. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was big and clean. The bed was comfortable.

Our neighbors in the next room were a little noisy. Although the hotel can't control that much, if the hotel isn't t booked full, skip rooms so no neighbors.
