poor and spa filthy..spa not heated due to dust storm prior days. we left…they refunded our stay.

Friendly staff, nice hotel except for the shower which was pretty aged out. Having the suite with mini kitchen and lots of space was very cool. Great breakfast actually.

There seems to be no way to get actual hot water to this hotel. The hot tub was freezing, maybe non-operational, the guy at the desk couldn't say. The shower, which was already aged out and kind of gross, was lukewarm at its best.

The staff was very rude, not just to me, but to many others I didn’t even know. Breakfast was some good and some bad but kitchen was out of ketchup, yogurt and fruit.

The breakfast was able to accommodate dietary restrictions.

The pet fee is excessive. The room was not thoroughly cleaned.

Hotel definitely felt like a refurbished former hotel with dates equipment but remodeled kitchen areas. Room was clean but had a constant garlic smell. Furniture was dated with multiple scratches and signs of wear. Also I felt uncomfortable while getting breakfast. staff appointed to area was there to help but had this attitude that made me feel bad for wanting breakfast. I haven’t felt this way since being in middle or high school and being watched like a hawk while simply getting food.

Breakfast assortment, Quiet, clean rooms.

Handicap Accessible Suite, I requested when reserving, was on the 3rd floor. I requested a ground floor handicap accessible room. The walk to our Suite was very difficult for my 87 yr. old, disabled, Mom.

The location was great

It was in desperate need of facelift. Torn rugs and found bugs in room crawling out under kitchen. cabinet

I knew I had to pay a fee for the dog but they double taxed me both on the room AND on the fee. I thought that was outrageous.

The mattress was very comfortable. Shower was good also. Overall, everything was very good.

The exit doors from hotel were a little too firm.

We were exhausted the night we stayed because we were woken up multiple times by the fire alarm. Also, the toilet water continued to run every time it was used. Shower doors we very dirty. The dining room was destroyed during breakfast. Dishes piled everywhere!

I was delayed by 2 hours and missed a family dinner because the front desk told me I needed to get in touch with booking.com - that they didn’t receive payment - this should not have been my responsibility if the hotel is contracted with the booking agency. The location was not ideal. I will neither use booking.com ( not aware of the pet fee) nor homestead suites
