The floors were wood and carried sound. Like from the hallway and rooms, very loud.

No clock in room no bedside table on 1 side, pool too cool to swim , breakfast flavorless, coffee not even warm....worst breakfast ever! Unfriendly staff. Room especially bathroom not real clean. Disappointed for sure.

The price, it's a $75 a night, and that's all over a $100 a night, not worth it.

Overall, the facilities had a very out-of-date feel. There were stains on the sheets, comforter and curtains. Paint/plaster was peeling in the bathroom. The whole thing felt like it needed a deep clean and update.

The provided toilet paper was the worst I've seen. It created a pile of paper dust under the holder and released a cloud of dust every time we tore off a piece. The shower curtain rod was partially detached from the wall.

Very friendly staff and easy check in. Wonderful room was bigger then expected and very good value. Facility was very clean and smelled clean. Staff was attentive to request. Room was clean and comfortable bed and pillows. Would definitely come back and recommended!

Breakfast was good, just needed some more options as to fruit and some maybe different type of cereals, not really a complaint just suggestion.

the fridge, microwave and coffee maker in my room were not working in our suite initially. after I noticed and reset the ground fault plugs they were fine, but it was too late for the food we had already put in the refrigerator. It would be a good idea to train housekeeping to check that everything is functioning as expected when cleaning the rooms.

The shower handle broke when we tried to use it in the morning - The desk staff apologized and said the maintenance crew would be in later in the day. No mention of a refund or $ off our stay. She said the management would have to do this and we have yet to receive any call or refund! The breakfast eggs were absolutely awful and looked so processed and soggy..

The breakfast was ok a little cheaply made the coffee was nasty needs better coffee for the price I paid.

I think if the staff took the time to CLEAN the place it would be a nice hotel and maintain it more. For example the room I was in the carpet plate between the bathroom and the all way it wasn't even nailed down, the tub didn't even have a way to take a bath to stop the water from draining and it as dirty, the swimming pool was very dirty and very cold, the whole hotel was very cold for the price I paid I'm shore they can afford to turn on heat, the curtains was dirty. I would NEVER STAY AT THIS PLACE AGAIN AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO NO BODY!

Power went out because of high winds, I had no power in my room the second night. Could not take a shower in the morning. I know this isn't the exactly the hotels fault though.

Breakfast was as expected these days. Acceptable, but not really memorable. The coffee, though, was really great! And we are coffee lovers. We also enjoyed the fruit, cereal and milk. The grounds are great. The people were doing a good job, and the owner was present (good going, sir!) and took an interest in his people and their work. Great! Our room was clean and well tended by the maid. However knobs on the chest of drawers were falling off and needed a better attachment system. Bathroom was just fine, with good towels and water temperature and pressure are just wonderful.

Pool water temperature and air temperature were too cool to enjoy. Yes, it's winter so it's harder and more expensive to keep those things warm enough. Also the carpet in the hallways has some seams ripping. Repairs now will be much more cost-effective than replacing carpets later. A good carpet company can re-seam them easily and fast. Rather than reconstituted scrambled eggs (that's a guess, but they did not taste like fresh cooked), maybe just bail on eggs altogether, or use hard-boiled eggs. I know... It is HARD to make a good cost-effective breakfast for "the masses," without a grill and a cook and a bigger budget. Overall, this place did a pretty fine job!

Very nice staff and clean facility.

We had a king room but was placed in an accessible room with no bathtub or regular shower. Didn't want to have wet floor to use toilet or brush teeth :( Ask about switching to queen bed instead of king and was told it would be upcharge. This is the kind of thing that will keep me from rebooking next time :(

It's always clean and quiet. Staff is always accommodating. Pool and free breakfast and it's reasonably priced.

I love this hotel. There's really nothing I dislike about it.
