the bathrooms need updating, the toilets are way too short, I hate to ask for handicap rooms, but I have a bad hip and I can’t get off your toilets.

Staff was very nice and courteous 😁really enjoyed our stay .. room was clean and very spacious, bed was very comfortable.. bathroom was nice also .. chair in room was very comfortable.. hall was very quiet 😊

Good location for my needs but not necessarily the best for best for accessing businesses in Owensboro. Pleasant staff.

Unable to access this facility by outside phone (no answer) when attempting to check in a few days early. Front desk would not / perhaps could not answer the phone from the room on multiple days and multiple attempts (maybe the same problem as above?) This required me to go to the front desk to get several issues resolved. The main hallway carpet was very soiled (from dragging leaking garbage?) The television in my room did not work without adjustments. Maintenance fixed it the first few times then taught me how to do it. I made all the adjustments after that and they were required every time I used it. It appears that regardless of the length of your stay there is no housekeeping except between guests. Exhausted supplies were not even replaced except by request. (This might be Covid protocol?)
