riverfront balcony king suite is perfect for entire family - very comfortable and quiet

front desk worker was rude and had couple times interacting with her and she was not trying to hide how annoyed she was with every aspect of her job. didn’t ruin our time though - hotel is awesome .

there is no sound barrier between rooms. we could hear conversations coming from the air ducts in the wall. Also the room right next to us was being extremely loud, we called the front desk and nothing was done about it. went down to desk and they said they couldn’t hear anything, but you step outside in hallway you could clearly hear all the noise coming from the room.

Felt like I was getting price gouged even tried to charge 2.50 for water that previous trips was free. Called a week in advance to cancel 1 day of trip and was charged for it. Still waiting for the final posting to dispute on credit card

It was a very nice Hotel. Loved the river view from our balcony and the bridge with the color changing lights it was really neat. The bed was really comfortable wish I could have taken it home. Loved the food at the restaurant inside the hotel The Lure seafood and grille. We definitely will stay here again.

I didn't like that the coffee maker was in the bathroom on the sink. I would suggest moving it into the room somewhere. I went to make me coffee and it had a bunch of brown dust/dirt in the water reservoir. It was pretty disgusting. I just don't think a coffee maker belongs in the bathroom where people go #2 and poo particles float in the air plus where people shower and do their hair etc.
