I didn't like anything in the room. I liked how fast there were about to get my refund.

The room was filthy. We spent an extra 20 minutes trying to get the electricity to work before we decided to go else where.

Didn't have everything accessible in the room like coffee maker and all the towels,& Kleenex was not In the room I also found roaches and there was a lot of dope trafficking going on that I seen!!!!

Property does not look like the photographs. Property is very noisy from thin walls and nearby freeway. It is a very old location that has a new name they “appear to be renovating“ but that is not reality. Overall is poor conditions.

I DONT LIKE THE PARTY IN THE BACK. THE LADY HAD ROOMS IN FRONT PUT ME IN THE BACK AND THERE WAS ABOUT 40 PEOPLE OUTSIDE DRINKING AND PARTYING OUTSIDE MY ROOM WHICH IS NOT A COMFORTABLE FEELING. THEN TO MAKE IT WORSE I LEFT FOR A 930 MEETING WAS BACK BY 1015 AND ALL MY STUFF WAS MISSING TOOK THEM AN HOUR TO FIND IT IN A CLOSET ON THE SECOND FLOOR.

They threw my stuff out when we never even checked out , they de activated my card key 4 times in 2 days because they thought I checked out . There very bad staffed , & DONT care about people’s stay at the hotel
