The trains and no breakfast.

The room was okay, bed was comfortable, water was hot.

The pool area was dirty, hair, dirty drains, spills not hosed off. I almost recommended to the hotel that they need to spend a day with a power washer and some cleaner and clean the whole pool area. I didn't want to walk without shoes. Also, the landscaping was totally let go, weeds, dead flowers in the pots. The last thing is, we stayed 4 nights and they only cleaned our room once, that was after 2 days of tracking someone down and complaining. There was only one small garbage can in the room and we had it full the first day, we had bags of trash waiting to be removed, all the towels were dirty. It was finally cleaned the day before we checked out. They have a restaurant, but they kept the back door to the kitchen open at all times. It grossed my husband out.

Location was superb!! Room size was large enough for my family of 5!!

The water pressure in the shower was definitely not the best but it was okay!!

We were given a room away from the railroad tracks, so we were not awakened by the train. The bed and pillows were comfortable. We received DAILY housekeeping which was a pleasant surprise. The pool area was nice. Location to downtown was good - Able to take backroads to avoid a lot of traffic.

The property does not have an elevator and our room was on the second floor, but the do offer luggage carts once you are able to carry all of your luggage up the stairs. The shower had NO pressure. The "fart fan" in the bathroom didn't work. The room included 3 different remotes to operate the TV - confusing. Multiple times throughout our stay we encountered people sitting on the stairs smoking marijuana. We wouldn't allow our teenagers to to be alone at the pool after dark.
