Breakfast was incredible.
Facility is outdated. TV shows a guide that is not actually relevant and caused confusion. I am a woman traveling with two daughters and the area was a little concerning. Parking lot not well lit.

Quiet grounds, sort of if you stay away from the side next to the interstate
Shower door, the lower rollers were gone, allowing the door to swing in a bit. Nor a problem if you guide it but a terrible way to start the day if it falls.

I like this location because it's just off the highway and there are a variety of restaurants and other shops nearby.
Upon arrival, our room wasn't ready. They did upgrade us to a larger room, but it had a stale, sweaty smell to it. My daughter's room wasn't ready and took a few hours to get ready.

The breakfast
The pool was closed and the website didn't mention it and I also got charged for 2 nights that I already paid for which caused me to miss a days work cause the charge left my bank account with $3.00 and I couldn't get to work. Now I can't feed my 3 kids cause the charge took all the money I had left

tub dirty. hair in it. toilet dirty ,would not flush . mold in corners of tub. over priced for how dirty. normally I Aqua stay at Hampton ins’s and they are very clean. this one awful. manager said they were remodeling. that has nothing to do woth cleanliness.

Van driver who picked us up was delightful. Front desk let us stay in room an extra hour because our (unexpected) flight did not leave for hours. Your toilet paper is MUCH better then the Hampton Inn in Xenia!

The hotel is minutes away from family. The staff is very friendly from the reception to the breakfast crew.
The bathrooms need some updating. The showers are beginning to show their age. The highway noise is audible no matter which side of the hallway you are staying. Please bring back the yogurt and fruit to the breakfast buffet.
