Hot eggs

I needed a large suite for my family which included two teenagers and a younger child, the suite was very large and everyone had plenty of space. The breakfast was much better than most complimentary breakfasts and the host was very friendly.

The front desk staff was very friendly and willing to assist.

First room: The AC united whistled and screeched. Second room: Was dirty and had been cleaned from previous guest. The third room was suitable. No microwave or refrigerator in rooms and TV was old and small. Waited 25 minutes for coffee with our cold breakfast. The elevator was in desperate need of repair. The squeaking and shaking were very scary. No family restaurants nearby other than fast food

The breakfast was good and the location was good.

The floor in my room was drenched when I checked in at 3 pm. It didn’t dry until the next morning. I presume they had just shampooed and cleaned. The false fire alarm before the business day began was ridiculous. Staff explained that the issue was an existing one and that they were trying to get it fixed. Speaking honestly, this is the worst Hampton I’ve stayed in, regardless of region or country. I recommend paying the extra $20 and staying at the Fairfield next door. This stay is actually causing me to question the brand. I’ll double check reviews before blindly booking at any Hampton again.

The breakfast was okay.

The water for the shower was cold. They didn’t refund me my $50 deposit and I wasn’t aware of a deposit until I arrived.

The location to Montgomery and where my meetings were held (Hope Hull) was perfect. Real fast selection was good. Friendly staff.

My room could have been cleaner. Found hairs in the bathroom and small pieces of trash in the room. The heating/ac unit also was not functioning properly.
