Comfortable bed, close to colonial williamsburg and restaurants, nice staff, decent breakfast.

The smell was potent such as smelling like marijuana and mildew. Shower facet was sliding across and coming off the base.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff went out of their way to make you feel welcome.

The breakfast was better than most free breakfasts at other hotels. It was walking distance to the Golden Corral and Cracker Barrel. The hotel maps included coupons to the Golden Corral and the Williamsburg Visitors Center shops. The lady at the front desk made our hotel room at check in a game for my 7-year-old to find, which made my child happy. She also provided spots of interest aside from the typical tourist things.

Wish the pool was better maintained. Also wished the breakfast was changed up a bit, for example offer bacon instead of sausage every morning. It would be nice for the hotel to pair up with sites of interest to provide a discount to hotel guests.

Very comfortable bed. Plentiful breakfast and clean dining room. Great location.

2 employees had an argument w each other in front of us, but I think this was a fluke and not the norm.

It was in a very convenient location. Walking distance to restaurants.

Our room had a mildew smell. The condensation of the AC unit was running back into the room into the carpet . As a result, we felt this was what the smell was coming from.

All was pleasant.

Clean comfortable room. Everything worked as it should. Lots of pillows. Bathroom nice. No smell of smoke. Breakfast and coffee was good.

The gentleman who checked us in was awesome. Very friendly. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The breakfast offered many tasty options including protein.
