The bed!
I found a roach.

The location was great.
Not enough handicap parking onsite. Not able to watch your Netflix account at the hotel.
Rooms are not completely QC’d for empty items in room.

Nothing. Worst hotel
Had to switch rooms immediately because of how dirty it was. There was hair on the shower wall as soon as we got there. Pillows were dirty and wall colors were basically falling off. Smelled like cigarettes everywhere. Absolutely nothing was clean and heard multiple people come to the front to complain and we were there only one night.

Room is clean, breakfast is good
Got the room 3rd floor and very far you have to consider people coming with family (kids), you are collecting the kids age prior to booking the room, why don't you consider giving room in first floor and close to the facilities like break fast area.

Great location, staff was very friendly, and the price was very good
The floors weren’t very clean, water pressure was terrible, and there is an in use train track directly behind the property

Our room was good, it was clean, and had comfortable beds. Breakfast was good! Staff was very nice! 🙂

Perfect location . Not to far from anything
Had to switch rooms 3 times stuff was broken , bathrooms and bed weren’t clean and window privacy didn’t work

It was clean and the staff was really friendly. Check in was quick and simple. The breakfast was simple yet tasty! The attendant was really nice.
No real parking spaces. The hotel was pretty empty but I could just imagine when the season really kicks in.

I requested a wake up call which I didn't get. Found it concerning that my room number was said out load. It was on the registration card card inside the key packet.

The room felt clean, the staff was very nice.
The wallpaper was falling off the wall, a 3 lightbulbs were out in the room, the room smelled musty, the milk at the breakfast was expired.

The front desk staff was nice.
The room was small and had hair all over the bathroom floor. They made me pay an extra fee when I arrived and I had already paid for the room thru ez travels.

The staff are amazing and friendly
First room has mold really bad the second room we found a crack pipe under our bed we didn't get any compensation nothing.

You over booked and they didn't have 2 queen beds available so she found a king bed room 3 in a king bed

The room was a good size. The beds were comfortable.
I called the hotel before I booked my rooms to see if they had refrigerators in each room. I also wanted to know if they had breakfast. I was told yes to both questions. My rooms did not have a refrigerator and the breakfast was cereal and toast. I was very disappointed with this stay.

Nothing. The staff were insulting, disrespectful. The facility was awful dirty moulded leaking poor baths not at all what was described..and we were told the facility did not have to honor our booking. It was the worst run facility WE HAVE EVER stayed in and probably won't book a Wyndham property again.

mold on the wall in our room, dirty socks under the bed, room felt dirty, bath tub faucet dripped continuously. We waited for 10-15 minutes in the lobby before someone showed up at the front desk

The Hotel was gorgeous, and a close proximity to places to eat. Absolutely gorgeous part of Williamsburg. Highly recommend this place to anyone. The staff was very courteous, and the breakfast was great.

The building itself looked good, the lobby area, rooms and beds were good. Check in and out we’re okay.

Breakfast was good with bagel, toast, waffle, coffee and juices. The place was recently renovated, fresh carpet smell. The room is nothing out of the ordinary but clean and no moldy smell. I slept like a baby.
Air-conditioning is little too cold and has an annoying sound.

location to Busch Gardens and Water Country was easy and quick. Lots of restaurants near by.
the room they gave us was not cleaned. pizza boxes, unmade beds, dirty toilet. the manager on duty handled the issue but no cleaning staff at night. no ice machine on our floor. no fridge in room. breakfast was not very good.
