The air conditioner didn’t work well and I need to have my room key reset multiple times.

Very very bad customer service. When I checked in to my room and entered the room it was full of bugs and muscitos, when I asked the manager at the front desk to clean the room and to take care of the bugs in my room, he said” I can’t help you there is bugs every where “ . At 4 am in the morning there was a fight in the room next to the room I stayed in that woke up my kids with fair and scared. We didn’t sleep the same night and this fight in the next room never end until 7:30 am in the morning. I have never experienced very bad service and very bad hotel like this one ever .

Walking distance to Heavenly village, nice kitchen area, just no stove; microwave works.

Shower has very little pressure while sinks have extreme pressure.

close to gondola to heavenly ski resort and shops

echoing floorboards from upstairs that caused our little one to stir

Hot tub in room and fireplace was fantastic

We didn’t get breakfast, nothing spectacular about the place. The staff was nice but it was just close to a desired location.

It’s an older build. Nothing great for the price except the location to the snow lift. Not enough parking spots for the amkount of rooms. No fireplaces, never saw the jacuzzi.
