The people that work there.

I didn't like that it was dirty. Outdated it didn't have a working pool or whirlpool like they had advertised on their site (please think about making changes) it will make your hotel more appealing if you just clean it really well and update the room. I was disappointed because I had to go somewhere else, which cost my daughter more money because I had already put all my money into you all. If you are the first place heading into Lake Geneva, Gateway to Geneva Lakes, you should have your guests want to come back. I believe your business would even be better than you thank. Good luck!

The room was extremely dirty will never stay there again,that's why it was cheap trouble. TVs didn't work

Bed was a bit hard, tv's are out of date.

the staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable

our room only had one chair inside (the other was broken) and the balcony only had one chair also. the room was advertised to have a king size bed, but it was only a queen, although it was comfortable. the middle of the floor in the room was clean, but the corners and near the walls were filthy. the entire hotel reeked of stale cigarettes. the bathroom ceiling was disgustingly dirty, and the mini fridge definitely had mold growing on the inside of the door. our room was on floor 2, and my friends had a room on the first floor and everything was much nicer and cleaner. for $125 per night our room was definitely not up to standards.

Cheapest place to stay in Lake Geneva, not fancy very old but it worked.

Nobody seemed to get cell service in this area.
