The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was very good and staff very friendly.

The hot tub wasn't working and the swimming pool was a little cold, but I jumped right in though.

Everything was fine, price, location, friendly staff.

I reserved 2 rooms, but staff charged for 3. Hopefully they fixed the mistake. They said they did it.

Beds were comfortable, breakfast was good but long lines for waffle maker, kids loved the pool area, quiet - one of the quieter hotels we’ve stayed at as far as hallway and room above us noise! It’s a very regular hotel in a nice neighborhood, comfortable and quiet. We’d stay again!

The heat did not work in our room. We had to pack everything up and move to another room. The hot tub was warm, not hot. More room service would’ve been nice for towels and garbage, but they do post that you only get room service after your third night. Just have to ask if you need something.

Was very quiet and piecful.

We ended up having a huge bug on the ceiling in our room. I called the front desk and she was overwhelmed and said they would do their best to come take care of it. No one showed up.

My check in time was at 3:00pm and they told me the room will not be ready until 4:00 so i wait in the cafeteria and at 4:00 they told to wait 45 minutes more , and unfortunately i couldn’t check in until 6:00pm . This was very disappointed, because i lost my reservation for dinner with my family.

location was convenient to down town and to the stores and magic show we were in town to see.

Even though we were supposed to be able to check in at 3pm, when we arrived at 4:20, our room was not ready. Neither was anyone else’s room as there were several families waiting in the lobby. I was told it would be a 15-20 minute wait but we waited over two hours to get a room. We wanted to leave but had prepaid so we were stuck. There were some families that waited over 3 hours for their rooms. When we finally got our room, it was not what we booked. We had booked a two bedroom room but due to the delays, they “upgraded” us to a king bed room with a pullout couch. This actually was not ideal for our family because instead of us having two comfortable queen beds, 2 of us slept in the king and the third person had to sleep on the pullout couch which was not comfortable. The sheets on the pullout couch clearly had not been changed, there were food stains on them. Luckily there was a clean set of bedding in the closet so we changed them ourselves. There was a lot of noise until about 1:30am from the room above us, so definitely not a restful environment. The next day, after a long day being out we came back to our room and our keys no longer worked so we had to go to the front desk to ask to get them fixed. This happened a second time during our stay. The front desk asked if we kept our room keys near our phones. I’ve never had an issue before with a phone deactivating a room key and we travel often but even so, we didn’t keep our keys near our phones so I’m not sure why the room keys didn’t work. Overall, probably worst hotel experience we’ve ever had, would not stay there again.

Nice lobby. Nice location.

Rooms need an upgrade. We got a room right by the elevator, and that was very noisy. Maybe a couple more options for breakfast would be nice. The eggs/omelets tasted like bacon (many people might like that, but we did not.)

The room was comfortable even though we were not there very long.

When we arrived our room was not ready at 3:15pm when check-in is 3 pm. We had a wedding to attend at 4:30 pm we had to change clothes in a hall bathroom. Our room was ready at 3:30pm. We ended up missing the shuttle at 3:40 when we came back down stairs. We ended up driving to the wedding and making it just in time for the ceremony.
