the shower, the beds, the cleanliness, needs updating! expensive place for what u get. you are allowed 1 temperature in the shower.

Location was good. No hot water in the morning.

The bath tub floor was wavy and lumpy, not level.

My key card did not work. The maintenance person said he would check the battery never came back. The front desk said she would send someone then she reprogrammed the key and it worked. The overhead light at the entrance to my room didn’t work. I complained about glass on the floor as you entered the hotel it was never picked up, my son ended up cleaning it up.

The hotel was fairly clean and the staff was friendly.

I reported that the toilet did not flush. Supposedly, maintenance came to fix it but it was not fixed. I expressed my concerns because it was unsanitary for me to reach into the tank just to hold the handle for the toilet to flush. Upon checking out, I again expressed the issue about the toilet to one of the managers but was brushed off due to I believe using a third-party "booking.com" for my stay. Because of the way this matter was handled, changed my overall experience.

The location was nice.

I believe this stay could have met my expectations but because I had HORRIBLE customer service from the manager of the hotel it affected the stay here.
