I loved the breakfast. The biscuits were amazing.

The location was easy to get to and the staff was soo nice and as accommodating as they condo be! Super family friendly!

The halls were soo hot, the elevators were very sketchy. Had to go have the room key reactivated several times. The rooms smelt like the previous visitors had animals that weren’t potty trained.

My bath towels were black and tub had hair in it

Very delicious breakfast and very friendly stuffs in this hotel.

The air conditioning system is a little bit noisy.

I always love staying at holiday inn, it's a beautiful place and normally does not disappoint.

but I booked the hotel specifically for the pool and was not informed of the pools closing until it was too late. It didn't ruin the weekend but it was a massive disappointment. the construction was dissatisfying, I again had no idea or would have booked a different hotel. I understand things have to be done but it did put a damper on the stay.

we got the room with the jacuzzi, loved the room! it smelled nice and very clean.
