The location was pretty convenient.

The rooms were not clean. Bathtub had mold in the corners of the shower. Rooms were very old.

It is a suite so more spacious than regular hotel room with amenities such as sofa and coffee table, free Wi-Fi, refrigerator, microwave and free hot breakfast. Also didn’t expect daily room service to clean trash, make bed sheets and replace towels—which is extra nice!

The bathroom shower is leaking water and no repair was done.

It was close to the airport and had a shuttle. Bedding was daft and comfy.

Traffic getting into the property was terrible. Dripping faucet in the tub and the tub/shower needed to be regrouted.

Breakfast was the savior of this whole stay.

Got in the room turn shower on to freshen up,water was shooting toward ceiling and then all over the floor. Then got out of shower and slipped and fell because the amount of water on floor. I cleaned up water and called to immediately switch rooms while they fixed the issue and was told “no other rooms were available” light bulbs were flickering like strobes.which if you have epilepsy it would have given you a seizure. I was told that I would have to come back 4 days later to speak to a manager about getting some sort of refund or credit. I legit could have stayed at the local motel 6 for half the price and had possibly the same or better experience. I’ve stayed here about 20 times in the past year and personally love this location but this was such an awful experience it has me considering never going back. Mostly because I am a member and the front desk knew of my issue and never made any attempt to fix or remedy the situation. Manager name is Marrisa.

I didn’t appreciate that we waited an hour and also called for an hour for the hotel shuttle. Nobody answered. When we arrived front desk person told me she didn’t know anything. She had just arrived to work. very unprofessional. main reason I picked to stay there was because of shuttle. I also did not feel safe. sprinkle heads and lights in our room were hanging off ceiling. not secure at all.

staff helped me print materials for work and were so accommodating even late in the night as I finished work!

Breakfast was good, the room was comfortable, staff were pleasant. Wifi was very disappointing.

The wifi was terrible, there was no wifi in the room, even in the lobby next to the reception the wifi dropped out so frequently it was basically useless. As an international traveler wifi was essential, especially to get our new sim cards working.

no complaints but it’s an older hotel that needs to be revamped.
