Westin experience.

Valet parking arrangement was terrible.

I loved how close it is to the stadium where I was having to go. It’s a close Uber ride from the airport and walking distance to the stadium

I wish the restaurant had more food choices

Phenomenal service in restaurant!

Cold in restaurant. Had doors open despite being in low 60’s/high 50’s.

Convenient to Chase Field, the concert venue I attended an event at. The property is contemporary, spacious and very clean. Has everything you need for a great stay.

In-room dining menu could be more expansive (and run later). Also for the prices, a bit surprising it is served in to-go boxes rather than plated.

It was clean.

The air conditioning unit in room 1535 makes an unbearable noise and kept me up all night. Receptionist embarrassed me in front of my date, said my card declined… then find out it was a computer issue and my card actually went through fine. It’s uncomfortable explaining there’s nothing wrong with my card to my date, and the receptionist could have kept her mouth shut until she figured out what the problem was.

The staff is exceptional all around, helpful, polite, professional; from the lobby, valet, bar/restaurant, housekeeping. People who answer phones are great too. All staff is wonderful.

Was inconvenienced that there is no snack bar or vending. And if the restaurant is closed, it would be nice to have.

Breakfast and restaurant were great.

Pool is super small. Slow service at bar and front desk.
