The shower was a joke, poor water pressure and the shower head spit water in skewed directions.

Bed had ametalocsoundeverytime you moved making imposible to seep.TVsignal was not steady andyoucoukdnotsee anything. Not hot water and breakfast was not fresh.

I specifically booked a room WITH A KING SIZE BED, FOR A KING SIZE REASON!!! Upon checking in last night around 8pm after driving all day, I was told that MY KING SIZE bedroom was given away to someone else that'd checked in 2 hours earlier. What's NOT COOL about this, os that I specifically booked this motel, because it was not only pet friendly, but I just had a steroid injection in my knee, and have to have a KING SIZE bed to sleep with my knee stretched straight out. If a room isn't available with a KING SIZE BED, you shouldn't have CONFIRMED ME THE ROOM to begin with. At checkin, I feel like I was taken advantage of, seeing as how the room WAS EXPENSIVE!!!🤔

we have been staying here forever months, every week like clock work. Our company owner would arrive on day two which has happened before, but they told us we must fill out a credit card authorization through email and send that with a pic of a drivers license and the credit card. DOES THAT SOUND SMART OR SAFE? Ok too if it she was not very nice knowing who we are and that we have been here every week. We will never stay at another Wyndham hotel because of this.
