It was cheap. You get what you pay for, I guess.
The room was very dark,dingy. Found dead bugs on bathroom mat. Neighborhood was real sketchy.Learned later that it was the recent scene of a crime. It just felt creepy. We checked out immediately and didn't care if we still got charged.

Plenty of parking, very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed and handy little sink in the room.
Everything was fine. Suited our needs.

The staff was very welcoming and courteous. We came in late during a snow storm and they were out shoveling the parking lot all night and then again the next morning. Every person we spoke to was very kind and quick to help. The lamp in our room wasn’t working, but I told the front desk and they came up with a new light bulb within a half hour. The room was very comfortable with a plethora of pillows on each bed and it was very clean. This stay was a great value and we will definitely be staying here again.
The stay only would have been better if it wasn’t a snow storm when we arrived, which has nothing at all to do with the facility itself.

A new and well-equipped motel in a central place of Alamosa. It is equipped with everything you want for a one night stay. Unfortunately we missed the breakfast, so I cannot refer to that but it is a good point that they offer continental breakfast.
Everything was OK, the check-in was a bit jerky and I was surprised by the $100 desposit they asked, however the staff was very kind and cordial.

Good location to access surrounding areas. Quiet area located off the main thruway and easy to find.
Although it was not a problem, there appeared to be significant unfinished spaces behind and on one side of the property. I suppose it is a work in progress.

Continual breakfast Plus … waffles of course AND scrambled eggs, link sausage. Fried potatoes…. 3 types of cereal, muffins and bagels with trimmings… cream cheese, peanut butter and different flavors at jelly not just nasty strawberry etc…. Juice, milk and of course coffee ….

The staff was exceptional and room clean. There was an incident with a room of smokers but that was quickly taken care of.
Wifi didn't work in room, my spouse had to work in the breakfast area to connect so keep that in mind if travelling and need wifi.

Relatively new building in quiet area away from main highway, but short drive to city's restaurants, stores, etc. Family-friendly billiard/sports bar with food offerings within easy walking distance.
Breakfast was fresh, but with minimal offerings. Would like to have seen yogurt and fruit of some sort. Homemade breakfast potatoes were a nice touch.

The facility is a little older, but well maintained and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful, excellent customer service oriented. The facility has several resident cats, so if you don't like cats or are allergic to cats then this may not be your first choice of a place to stay.
The breakfast that is included with the stay was good, but the choices were a little limited.

breakfast: the first day we came in for breakfast and it was closed because they fell asleep…we couldn’t enjoy breakfast until an hour later. the second day breakfast was ready but maybe because there were not many people in the hotel, they didn’t have warm options and the waffles were dry(maybe even from the day before). Definitely not the best experience with the free breakfast.

the location was fine and the tap water was tasty
pillows were very uncomfortable, didn’t smell great, didn’t seem very clean. not a lot of noise inculation, can hear everything in the halls clearly
