The location, size of the room and pool were nice.

A bit outdated, certain things could be better like more pool towels and cleaner indoor and outdoor furniture

The Tippenary Inn offers a nice affordable stay close to the center of town. We found the bed comfortable, especially the pillows. My boyfriend grew up going to Montauk every summer. This was my first time there. He found the facilities of the place great. I have nothing to compare them to in Montauk so I'm going by what he told me; that the place was nice and close to everything. Attention and customer service were nice as well.

No breakfast included, and no kitchenette in our room. I guess I'm just used to being able to book nice lodging that includes breakfast, in very nice towns and cities around the world. The beach is ok. The waves can be rough. In my opinion, the entire town is overpriced for what they offer.

Pool area was outstanding

The windows were frosted and not able to open them for outside air. Too much light crept in at night because of the windows having no shades.

The pool was right outside of the room which we really liked and staff seemed friendly

The AC unit was only in the living room area and the 2 bedrooms had no fan or AC. The room was also extremely outdated, nothing like the photos looked online. I guess if you’re staying there just for fishing it’s fine, but as a family weekend getaway, it was subpar. Oh and we found many ants in the room, one of which I saw crawling on my baby as he napped in his pack n play! The guests above us were also extremely loud all hours of the day/night and sounded like they were moving furniture around and doing Olympic workouts middle of the night. The restaurant attached to the hotel was also closed and supposedly the owners just left it and never returned ?? Idk why the signs are still up saying their specials and the website still says guests can order food but it’s NOT open which was a disappointment

The property is great and the rooms are spacious and perfect for a getaway.

The managers/owners of the property were not very welcoming. When I checked out they were quite rude. The cost for the night we stayed was extremely expensive.

Upon arrival, the toilet was not clean. The police cars on the property. We didn't feel safe, and my 6 year old son was worried.

Location was great and a huge bonus when Kenny made an appearance!

Clean, neat, location

The sound insulation is bad. We can clearly hear the move, talk, bathroom and shower of the residents upstairs, which starts from 6:50am in the morning. It made me hard to get asleep.
