Location on ocean.

Daily septic pumping outside our room. Room seemed clean enough but incredibly floral odor from cleaning was not good. Room rate went down while we were there but no adjustment was offered.

Love the pounding of the surf all night long. Loved the private balcony overlooking the water. The beach is huge. They have a pool (which I didn't get to use) but looked nice. I liked the in-room refrigerator. Parking was convenient and adjacent to the property. Walking distance to everything in downtown Montauk.

I would have preferred a microwave oven to the two burner stove that was in the room. It looked like a relic from the 1960s! A minor inconvenience.

The location is superb--right on the beach and walking distance to many shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed the enclosed pool and hot tub.

The room was small and shabby. There were no towel racks in the bathroom. Quite expensive even off-high season and mid-week.

Damp carpet possibly due to heavy rain during our stay; tv remote did not work.

The location was awesome. King size room, upper deck, ocean front room. The best Grucci fireworks on the beach. We made a bon fire right there on the beach.The staff here are truly what make this hotel what it is. Super clean, friendly, helpful. The location right in the heart of the town, walking distance to shops, breakfast. Uff I can go on and on. We will be back next year. July 4th 2022 a vacation to remember.

Pool hours I felt were short.

View is amazing. Room is comfortable and clean. Loved it. Great location...in the heart of Montauk...easy walk to everything.

Waterfront

Our room was old. I have pictures of the bathtub stained and dirty. The door to bathroom was chipped. Decor had seen better days. Closet doors were broken and off rail. Not at all what I expected or what the pictures showed.

I loved the staff, cleanliness, comfort, and location. Even though, we brought our own chairs and umbrella, it was nice that the hotel provided one umbrella and two chairs per room.

I would suggest upgrading on some furniture and appliances in the room.
