Location was good within 10 minutes walking distance from Crabtree Mall and McDonald's, Room was clean and big space with comfy bed.

James at the front desk was wonderful. He is a very caring person and a good point of contact.
It really wasn't close to the downtown area that I needed to go. Nothing was within walking distance except a McDonalds.

Everything was basically nice. The bed mattress had springs that we could feel. But overall this place was perfect for our stay and great location.

It was the cheapest option available somewhat close to the university location I had to be at for a conference. The check-in was easy, I had to provide a bunch of ID but I didn't really mind it. The room was clean and spacious.
The parking lots are very tight, especially if there are a lot of big trucks. There was no breakfast available, so I walked to McDonalds in the morning, which is quite a dangerous walk. The location was a little sketchy and I didn't feel safe, also because the doors were open even though they should have been locked.

Considering the location, my room was very quiet. Other than a rowdy thunderstorm , there were no distractions.
The shower was roomy enough for my large frame and the full size bath towel was an unexpected treat.
Not much the motel can do about it but, getting in and out of the parking lot was a challenge when traffic picked up.

Everything is great. The location,staff. How they cater to our needs in our hardship situation. Great for families who are in transition in getting back on their feet. Quiet. Secure. Even have laundry facility.

We did not eat breakfast there. Our stay was good and the staff was professional.

Location
It was filthy. A complete dump. It had burned out lights. Everything in the room was broken. it was not ADA compliant. The place needs a bulldozer. The rating on booking.com was not even close!

Everything was real nice, it made it a pleasure to stay there.
Need better water pressure for the shower.

It was clean and bathroom was reasonably sized for price
Had a double bedroom but there was one trash can. One set of pillows. One set of soap and shampoo. And One set of towels as if for one person. Website said they did breakfast but when we arrived we were informed they had coffee and hot water for tea only

the employees was great.
there was a bloody tissue on the bathroom floor. that was disgusting. I took a picture but deleted, I couldn’t stand scrolling past it.
