I've stayed here multiple times over many years. The location in Downtown Palm Springs is perfect for me. I especially like the breakfast there as it has a lot of variety in the types of options available. The breakfast room staff does an incredible job at maintaining the food choices and keeping the dining room very clean. Like my other stays at this hotel, the accommodations and the staff are excellent. That brings me back over and over when visiting Palm Springs.

Everything at the BW Las Brisas exceeded my expectations. Due to multiple flight delays, I arrived well after midnight. The front office staff person was great at accommodating our very late arrival.

Room was good and breakfast was ok just a bit less options , bed were comfortable but the air conditioner was just too much noiser than it should have been , worked like a tractor , my daughter was waken up because of it

The hotel was quiet and cozy, all while being centrally located to shopping, restaurants and clubs.

There was a rather large gap between the bottom of rhe door and the floor that let outside air in. Not sure if it was intentional, looks like it's a gap where a door sweep would be located. I was worried about bugs getting in and a bee ended up making it's way into our room, likely through that gap between the door and the floor.

Right in the heart of the town! Beautiful heated pool, and a nice little bar/grill poolside. There is also a nice bar and sitting area in the lobby. Once you’re parked at this hotel, you never need to drive anywhere in town. We walked to everything for a less than 10 min walk. The hotel rooms themselves are dated, but it’s one of the oldest hotels in Palm Springs so it’s to be expected. Amazing value for all you get!

The rooms and elevator were old and hallways tight when pushing a stroller and luggage.

Location was great. Had a terrible room but when I asked to change they made it happen. Guy was supposed to bring microwave to room. Asked twice- it never showed up.

while the physical location of the hotel is convenient, there are a few loud bars/clubs nearby which seem to party rather late. the noise carries and could be heard in the rooms on the backside of the hotel.
