The flush on the toilet was broken so we had to take the tank lid off to flush it. Empty liquor bottles were left beside the sofa and the bed spread smelled bad

Where to start...one of our rooms door didn't latch and slide lock was broke, had to get different room. Guy said it needed charged....bull...dead lock wouldnt even latch. Heaters smelled like they were on fire. Poor "repair" jobs throughout. There is no access to an ice machine. Very unclean. Wish there would have been another place to stay. To top it off somehow marked as a no show, so I lost my rewards from sites I booked through. Never again. Horrible experience. Pictures are deceiving. Everywhere else nearby was full, I should have known by the price being so cheap and the way it looked on outside it wasnt going to be good. Kids said it was sketchy.

The hotel was terrible, very dirty. Back door unlocked and anyone could walk in, very unsafe for a single female.
The ceiling in bathroom leaked water on my head. Everything had a dirty film on it. Customer service terrible. Would not let me get my money back.

Nice hotel. Because of it being a Super 8, expectations were not of a 5-star. On our way to the property, the Night Manager had called us because the CC was not working. We wanted to confirm that we were still coming out, as they were full and he was starting to turn people away. Room was vey comfortable, bed was good and pillows were standard. Could not hear a lot of traffic, even though our room was right along the exit ramp. Food and fuel were right across the street.
The only thing that made the grade lower on this room were all the stains in the bathtub-looked like people had washed their clothes and the materials had bled. Stains probably cannot be removed, but it did make us think if we really wanted to use the shower-and we opted to shy away from that.

beds were not comfy the first room we had had no tv service i was greated as a male instead of a female and it smelled musty in all areas

Most pathetic hotel ever. We stayed 2 nights and they didn’t clean room or replace towels. Room was dirty. Mold on shower curtain and no soap or anything. I could go on but do not stay here. Worst ever. I can’t describe how horrid it was.

coffee and juice machine didn’t work. not much to offer for breakfast except cereal and milk and waffle machine.
Sink drain was plugged and told manager who didn’t seem to care. There were also spider webs in the window and on the outside was a hornets next (not by our room). Could t understand why light by bed and clock weren’t plugged in. When we plugged them in and flipped the switch it made a (sizzling noise) immediately unplugged both. Needs many updates. Guess you get what you pay for but very sad no effort is made to make it presentable.

It was close to the concert we apprehended. But would not recommend staying there.

They tried to not give us the room we booked, which was a king sized bed. They tried to put us in a double. I had to argue with them to get the room we booked.

Stayed in a S8 motel the next night in a different city, very different and better experience.

Location, next to Wal Mart, gas and National Motorcycle Museum. East exit. Good breakfast selection. Clean and staff was nice. Would book again if in Alamosa. Good and quick reply from facility when asking a question.

we did not spend alot of time on hte property. It was clean and the person running the location was excellent. Wyndam corporation better appreciate the person in charge of this location because he was doing everything by himself. I know how corporations are, he not only desires your praise but also the highest income level for his position. I am sorry but I do not know his name.
The hotel has a musty odor that could be eliminated.
