It wasn’t clean, and we didn’t get the rooms we booked and paid for.

The free breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly. You didn’t have to wait long for the elevator.

It was a very clean comfortable environment.

Not a thing!

Absolutely beautiful building right near the river! The room itself is small but so cute and so comfortable. The blankets are soft and fluffy and the bed was really comfortable although on the more form side but that’s personal preference. The bathroom is really big for the size of the room! And provides so many soaps, shampoos and other little things you might need. The view was amazing at sunset. I loved the little detail of having the tv day welcome with my name on it! Breakfast had so many options, from a waffle station, to fluffy cheesy omelettes and some prepackaged snacks if you want a quick bite to go. Complimentary bottled water and coffee all day, great stay!

Most everything was great. The location and and parking were perfect! We were able to walk around and see so many different things.

I was disappointed that the door to the room and the door to the bathroom were so hard to close and open. Almost had to kick the door to open it while unlocking it.

Location

The property was very clean. Check in was super easy! We were on the 4th floor and the connected parking structure had hotel access on each floor.

We only stayed one night and there wasn’t anything I didn’t like.
