The property is very aesthetically pleasing and artsy. it’s definitely a vibe.
upon check in the first room we were assigned to was dirty like it haven’t been cleaned. the sink and toilet. it was actually disappointing and gross. but we got moved. the 2nd room we stayed in was clean but the bathroom had a horrible smell and it gave me a headache. I don’t know what it was maybe a pipe or drain something like that.

Waited longer to check in for a room with a view of the Mountains on a higher floor and they gave me a higher floor on the opposite side of the mountains and just above the overhang of the front door

I enjoyed the property
it wasn’t really anything that I didn’t enjoy about this day. I just hate it. I was inconvenienced. I got a text messaged that I could get early check-in which I requested and I had to literally wait six hours to check in in my rental car.

More than normal ware and tear, not being repaired

It’s clean and located in a good area. the staff is nice and helpful. very friendly and love the downstairs bar and area for snacks and drinks. the rooms are clean and feel good.
the hallways smell bad / weird. the elevator has weird blankets hung in them. the walls are very thin you can hear everything and everyone around you. the tv remote didn’t work. the shower leaks outside of the door to the ground pretty bad.

The staff wasn't welcoming at all and rude upon arrival and check in

They took extra money from my card without my approval.
Front Office Manager lady kept saying it's a glitch in the system and they cannot guarantee it will not happen again, so I decided to leave a week earlier.
Very disappointed to see such level of services.
