Beautiful and Modern, love that the facility is so well taken care of and that it has a new feeling to it still. Staff is incredibly friendly and cordial, makes check in process a breeze. Overall this one of the best airports in this area. Fully recommend.

Bed is a bit too soft

Lisa was really nice upon checking in and the room was clean and modern.

This rating suffers because of the staff. Upon checking in, Lisa was really nice and quick. There was no issue there. However, the next morning when I asked for a late check out, Mina was just not personable. Out of the many hotels I’ve stayed in, I never had an 11am check out. I called at 10:48am to request a late check out and I was told that I can get 11:30am. I completely understand the need for rooms to be ready for other arrivals but she showed no compassion for me. Just rude. My previous day ran from 6am to about 8pm and I was extremely exhausted. Around 11:15am, housekeeping knocked on my door and said I was supposed to be out at 11am and I informed her that I had spoken to Mina and that I received a late check out. Housekeeping asked me to call the front desk and request the late check out because her records did not show that. I informed her that I spoke with Mina. I then received a call from a man at the front desk who stated that I did not have a late check out and basically that he had no record of it. It’s frustrating when you have multiple people who you have to prove yourself to because one person decided not to document a change. My time spent trying to prove this issue, took away from the time I needed to finish getting ready and packed up. Upon walking through the front lobby, there was a front counter gentleman. My family and I didn’t get a good morning, have a nice day, thank you for staying, nothing. It was like we were burning a hole in the staff with our presence. Immediately after walking past the counter, my email rang with the final receipt. It’s hard to believe our every move wasn’t being watched like a hawk for no good reason. I hate to play the race card but it’s hard to believe that that wasn’t a factor in this situation with the staff from 09/24/2023.

The housekeeping team is horrible, they didn’t clean the room, they left the food, and they didn’t clean up, so the room was very smelly !!

The staff was very nice. Unfortunately I didn't get to have breakfast because we chose to eat somewhere else.

noisy from trucks behind the building, poor noise insulation from inside and outside, The breakfast was extremly disappointing ( no fresh bread, no vegetables , some days no fried eggs, no cheese, unhealthy and very limited warm food, some food available only very early and not refilled) . I stayed there 5 nights and it was repetitive. coffee is disgusting especially if you are used to fresh coffee from barista machine. Black long hair in the bathroom. One side of the bed was deformed. Only one chair in the bedroom

Our rooms were delayed for check - in by 2 hours. We had to drive around find something to do for the extra 2 hours. It put a delay on our activities and made it difficult to meet up with the other parties we were travelling. They said their staff was still cleaning up a Rave event. Then when we got our room there was a big wet spot on the carpet and neither room was vacuumed and one bathroom wasn't swept. None of that leaves me feeling very warm and fuzzy. I don't know if I'd recommend staying here because of those few things. It was quite inconvenient, and frankly a little disgusting.
