Nothing!

I booked this room in good faith. Upon checking in they did not tell me there was a festival literally right outside the hotel which played music loudly the entire stay!!! The music did not stop until 11 pm on Saturday night. The manager stated he would compensate me. Upon check out he lied to my face and said there was nothing he could do. I want my money back!!!!

That the hotel used to be a bank and was converted to hotel …. Had a cool vibe … still had the vault on 1st floor near check in Beds were very comfortable!! Room was very clean and was perfect !

The room was very small the staff was very unfriendly and over charged me for the insadintals they charged me $125 I was told that was the max then I asked the same person for a late stay she told me if I stay after 12 pm it was going to cost me $50 then I talk to another dest clerk and he said that's not true so she was charging me this because of my race she was very nasty

Inability to cast TV from my phone

We are local and have always wanted to stay, so we did for our anniversary. It was such a nice place on the inside and out! Location is perfect. It was so nice to wake up and be downtown to check out different things. The staff was beyond stellar in accommodating us. The rooftop bar, vault, and coffee shop are an extra nice touch. I just love the details of this building in downtown Columbia, it's from another time and is very well kept. We hope to stay again soon!
