Very nice rooms the staff was friendly

I was shocked to find out that I would be charged $100 for my pet… I booked through booking.com and could find nowhere that mentioned there being a fee for pets. Also after checking my credit card it looks as though I was charged $150 for my pet.

Booking.com advertised this as $151.00/night. Turns out there was one night that was at $151.00 the remainder were higher. Bait and switch and false advertising seems to be booking.com's way of doing business. This was first time I used them for reservations and after this experience it will be the last time.

We liked that we could bring our dog with us to the hotel.

We had to switch rooms twice because the equipment to get into the room did not work. Once the maid tried to help is, then the engineer came and tried, at which time we moved into a third room. There is a lot upgrading that needs to be done. It's the little things that we the customers notice, that are the most important.

The room was a bit on the small side but clean but ok for two, bed was comfortable - the pillows were horrible they need to upgrade it was flat and it took all four pillows on the bed to be comfortable also the bedding needs to be changed ever so often it had a smell 😝to it the sheets were clean, but the covers need to be change also. Housekeeping needs to make sure the garbage is taken out at the time of cleaning I had to chase them down to take the garbage out they cleaned the room but did not take out the trash and there was trash from the previous folks on the floor- The bathtub was backing up logged a complain the engineer came up and took care of the bathtub but then the sink started backing up. 😒

A dog went to the bathroom in the doorway and lobby and no one noticed - when we pointed it out, it was cleaned up by a dry mop- just pushed around the floor- no cleaning products or even water.
