Front desk clerk rude and unhelpful. Did not make my stay feel safe. I asked for a refund.

It had a bed.

After traveling all day, my room was on the 3rd floor. The first room wasn't made up, the second room wasn't made up, but the third was made up.

Family had covid, asked for a refund so we could come up later. Never received refund for two night stay for around 250

Cleanliness. The hotel had not been clean. They had made the beds and took out the bathroom trash. Other than that, they did nothing. No vacuuming, no wiping up spills on the nightstand/dresser/desk. The bathroom had not been clean. There was used bar soap still in the shower, the bathroom mirror was covered in toothpaste. The lights fixtures were broken and burnt out. The owners were unhelpful. Did not provide towels in the room. When asked for towels I was told it would take 5 minutes. After 20 minutes I went down to the desk and found the owners holding hands looking at their phone… I told them the room had not been clean and it was disgusting. She sent a housekeeper who did not speak any English to my room with a mop. I tried to explain that she would need a vacuum, bleach, bathroom cleaner, etc and the language barrier was too extreme. She ended up leaving without doing anything. The phone is the room was disconnected and did not work. I left feeling extremely dirty and disgusted. Honestly, this place should be shut down. I don’t know how they are still in business.

There was no breakfast, even though it was advertised. Wifi worked. Location was good.

No breakfast, even though it was advertised. Room was not cleaned beforehand. Bathroom and toilet were dirty. Pillows and bedsheets were stained and had hairs on them. Carpet was sticky and black gooey substance seemed to have seeped through the whole carpet, so that it came off on your socks and bare feet.

Nothing, very disgusting. Dirty, the rooms were disgusting. Looked like someone was killed on the beds.

The location wasn't far from town

This was the most disgusting place I checked into. The lobby floor was dirty, and I didn't think the room was as bad. The one bathroom light was out. The toilet seat was broken. There was garbage in the bathroom garbage can. And the worst thing was the floor. Crumbs and crud all over. Tomato sauce stuck on the floor by the desk. It was so gross I told the front desk, and the guy put me into a different room. This second room had carpet that wasn't vacuumed. Then, they canceled my reservation. So I had to find somewhere else to go last min the first weekend of tulip fest. Thank goodness I found something. It was farther away from my destination, but it was worth it. I would never recommend this hotel. I'm sure the roaches would have a field day with food all over the floors at this place.

They could have cleaned the room. We had to clean our own room. We Had no towels or toiletries the toilet had blood on it. The bed linens were filthy dirty handprints,cigarette burns and stains. Said they served breakfast. Not!. No iron,coffee maker or ironing board. Which also was suppose to come with room.
