Nothing. From the moment we pulled in to find a police car, to entering the facility, we were astonished by the rudeness of the front desk employee, the filth and smell was horrific and we tried to be hopeful about the room, but we turned around and canceled. The check in process was filled with a rude front desk clerk, but we tried to be polite. Once we had our keys, we began our way to the elevator to find the hallway floors were beyond dirty, the elevator was worse. We continued on to filled our hallway was even more disgusting. The carpets were stained in almost every spot and smelled. The doors were not only paint chipped but some had dents and small holes. Our door handle was soiled and we had to push to get the door to open. Upon opening the door we could smell marijuana and the room was in need of major updates. I entered the bathroom to find a 1/2 a roll of toilet paper and one towel. The bath and shower was stained and many tiles were broken and the tile grout was very dirty. My husband and I turned around and went back down to cancel our reservation. Again, the front desk clerk was very rude and not helpful when I tried to understand how to cancel and get my money returned. Upon leaving, we noticed that the one police car was still there and another had pulled in. We were trying to get to our car as fast as possible when one very kind officer asked if we were okay. I explained our situation and he said, "I am glad you are leaving safely, and I glad you won't be back. I would not let my pets even stay here." At that point, I tried to get in touch with a manager to talk about a refund, but I was told it was not the hotel's issue that I would need to call the third party I booked with. I said I still wanted to speak to a manager and I was told to hang up or get hung up on. We had to find another location at 9 pm because we needed to be in town for a wedding for two nights.

Nothing, the facility was disgusting I am appalled Wyndham puts their reputation on this dump!

The facility smelled, had stains on the carpets, walls, ceilings, doors appeared to have been broken into, mold in the bath, toilet seat broken, something on the floor of the room that looked like pizza sauce.

Front desk phone was always busy but no one was on the phone. Bathroom sink broke, water all over. Front desk people looked shabbily dressed, so first impression was definitely not a good one.

The beds were comfortable

The bathroom had black mold, they didn't provide bath towels only 2 hand towels, the sheets were dirty with blood stains, the air conditioner was broken, and the tub was not cleaned there was a huge bright pink stain in the tub. They didn't have my reservation and when we checked out they put the wrong date in their system

Building was split between 2 hotel brands, felt like I might have paid too much Mold in bathroom, stain on towel, missing smoke detector. Breakfast was minimal at best, was not fully stocked thru hours served.

The only positive was that the bed was comfortable

It was obvious that the room had not been cleaned properly. There was still food stuck on the main table as well as the side table. The bathroom floor had stains on it that looked like some fresh spill of something. The main light switch had something smeared on it as well as going down the wall. This was a room for 4 people and we only had one bath towel provided to us.

We were there for three hours and we left. The place was DISGUSTING. MOLD all over the bathroom. Smelled like cigarettes in a nonsmoking room. You had to push the door super hard to get in. TERRIBLE! Would not recommend, not even to my worst enemy!

The walls were like paper thin and you could hear everything and the doors stuck and the handle to the bathroom door was broken

Toilet wasn't working was told maintenance was going to fix it the next day come the next day maintenance was off. Felt like some type of reimbursement should have been issue.

This place is in a state of disrepair that is not shown on the photos. There are stains and paint falling off every wall. We could not spend the night because after killing 4 cockroaches in our room, it was time to go home. The smell is off. There are giant stains on the floor on multiple floors. Pool has been closed "for the past 6 months." ONE ice machine on the first floor, you have to ask for an ice bucket from the front desk. Would not recommend. One towel in the bathroom Heard the front desk lady telling people they would have to wait for additional towels when I was checking in, so good luck asking for more.

The price was affordable and the location was good (near GR)

Room was not neat, there were no towels when we checked in, so had to go downstairs to ask for towels, because there was no phone number to call the reception from the room.

the bathroom was small , the bathroom shower ceiling was falling apart , the elevator one broke and the other was very scary to take up as it was making scary noises . the window didn’t have a screen to open for fresh air . and pieces were just sitting on the window . I was discouraged about the morning breakfast as well . plenty of room to have waffle iron and such but not what I expected. the juice machine was broken . just poorly put together.

My guest was refused a room after booking with Booking.com as the credit card used to book was not with guest who was checking in. Found out the next day that the hotel could have confirmed credit card by email. Guest had to find lodging at another hotel after riding a train from California and getting in to Grand Rapids at 12 am. Awful.
