Bed pillows were too puffy - hurt our necks. Beds were a bit hard too - had some hip pain from that.

Motel was nice enough, but we checked into the room were there for a few short minutes and then left and came back a couple hours later. I walked over to center of the room to see a drink can on the floor half under the bed skirt of my bed. We dont drink those. My first reaction was that someone had come in our room. But then I saw the drink rings on the center end table. Basically, our room really wasn’t clean. I checked the beds and sheets, they seemed have actually been changed. Given the late hour in the night when I found this, I just took a picture and went down and showed the lady at the front desk and told her what had happened. I wasn’t looking for a free room or anything I just wanted them to know so that they could know what happened and make sure their rooms actually get cleaned. She simply said oh I am so sorry. That was basically it. Very disappointing. She didn’t care. I am positive she never told a manager let alone to the people who had supposed let cleaned the room. It was room
306. Our stay was March 16,2023. If the room had been vacuumed the cans would have been see and cleaned up. If the room had been wiped down ( the headboard and end table in the center that everyone touches, the can would have been seen. How they missed it while
Making the beds I have idea. Won’t say here again. If the management doenst care about things actually being cleaned it isn’t safe. I used a wash cloth and soap and wipes things down myself so I could handle sleeping in it. Wish the management/ front desk lady had cared. She didn’t even ask what room I was in.

We always stay here when we are in Laramie because the staff and facilities are great

Coffee always on hand. Location was good. Needed a decent place to stay to wait out a winter storm. good parkin for snowmobile trailer. Lobby area was very nice and liked that they has iced lemon water for you.
No matter what time in the breakfast hours they were always out of almost all the hot food and other food items.

I don't think there was something we didn't like. The staff was amazing, they're pet friendly, the pool and hot tub were awesome. This was our favorite stay of our entire trip.

I was awakened by a beeping sound in the night that went on for 30 minutes. No idea where it came from and I search with my phone light everywhere!!!
I told the clerk in the morning and he said it was probably an alarm clock.
UGH!!!!

Very nice area and well lite. Staff was all super. If we ever come through there again, we will definitely stay there. It’s also a pet friendly hotel.
