Pool was not working. It was the whole reason we booked with you guys. We should have been discounted for no pool access

Good price for an overnight stay. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

Location is a bit secluded in an industrial type area. Not an issue really, just don't want people to think they are lost when they are directed to the outskirts of town. No shampoo or conditioner for shower.

Room was clean. There was no refrigerator or microwave and only a straight backed chair to sit on, which was not very comfortable. I probably will not stay there again.

No comfortable chairs in the room. There were two full size bed, when one would be appropriate. Without the second bed, there would have been room for a nice comfortable chair or small sofa.

Surprisingly clean and comfortable room. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Very hard to travel under 21 so it was greatly appreciated to actually find a place that was comfortable and a great value on top of a lower check-in age.

Very sketchy part of town and exterior of the building isn’t much to write home about.

Cigarette Smoke smell in 240 was palpable ugh.

Check-in was quick. We finally slept.

In bitter, sub-zero cold we were given an upstairs room with two-wall corner exposure to 60 mile wind-chill. The heat was not turned on when we arrived, was extremely slow and ineffective when running, and the bed was equipped with just the single meager bedspread/cover. This was a very uncomfortable night, and we left as soon as possible seeking the heat of our car.

I liked the location and I love their pet policy as I was traveling with two dogs. the man checking us in was courteous and polite, the grounds were very clean, a lot of parking and was able to park right by my door which I appreciated, well lit parking lot which made me feel comfortable walking my dogs in the dark

the cleaner they use in the room was really strong, which I normally do not mind but it didn’t smell great so it was overpowering. The heat didn’t get very warm, we were really cold all night and the blankets on the beds were thin, and the mattresses were very old(it seemed) and uncomfortable, no support, seemed the sagged before anyone even sat on them, kinda dipped in the middle just looking at them. my daughter and I were both up all night unable to sleep, which was unfortunate as we had driven 12 hours that day and had another 7 the next.

We stayed 5 nights, I cleaned the room myself,then we stayed 2 more nights a couple days later,on the second day of the latter stay my wife went to extend our stay, she was told we failed to clean the room and were told rudely to leave, after checking out 150 $ was charged to our card. I cleaned the room every day, and we were working and seldom there. My wife being berated and harressed when attempting to pay,is in acceptable. A cleaning fee would be ok or asked to leave...I took pictures as I always do before and after .to protect my self. We did no damage or creatated any issues, dirty laundry 8s inherently connected to the hospitality industry The ice machine,dryer,pool,vending machine and lack of microwave,went unreported..

I stayed in a non-smoking room but cigarette smoke came through the ductwork all night long

It was fairly clean. Easy access off of freeway.

It was very decrepit. No coffee. Air-conditioning did not work.

They didn’t serve breakfast. Most friendliest staff I’ve ever had ! Very quiet hotel.
