We loved two rooms, with comfortable places to sit, kithchenete with all equipment, two balconies and fireplace. Location was also excellent, just steps from the downtown.

Bedroom bed was too soft.

The property was excellent. Had a room with living room, small kitchen, terrace area near the pool and very comfortable bedroom. The bed was a bit soft but alright. Staff was very friendly. Would definitely return if going to Moab.

This was a great place to stay for our family of 4! Lots of room, large bathroom. 2 Robes in room. Comfortable pull out couch according to the kids. Laundry services took quarters and lobby was happy to make change for us! We went to the local grocery and had dinner in our room. Kitchenette had everything we needed. Breakfast the next morning was wonderful! Lots of options with $14 voucher. Staff was so friendly!

Location was great. Right in the heart of Moab walking distance to most things. Arches was a short drive away. The room itself was both nice and had a great amount of space. Felt like a apartment/condo more than a hotel room.

Price to value was just okay but otherwise nothing i didn't like.

The only power in our room was to the bathroom & air conditioning. After an hour & a half of the staff assuring us it would be fixed in a “couple of minutes” we insisted on being moved to another room. This required us to lug our bags down one flight of stairs & back up another one.

The Gonzo Inn ROCKS!!! We loved our short (2 day) stay here. The beds were very comfortable, 2 outdoor balconies, great coffee & Cafe Italiano was so good!!! We highly recommend this sweet resort. The staff was so welcoming, helpful & friendly!

The King Suite was very large and clean and comfortable. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was walking distance to downtown and many restaurants. The Hot tub and swimming pool were wonderful, very clean and hot. The attached restaurant was great for breakfast which was included in the room price. All the hotel staff were very friendly and courteous. They allowed me a late checkout with out any questions Would definitely stay there again and also recomend it to others

A perfect stay

This was an expensive overnight but we wanted to support local biz and we love the gonzo!

Walking distance from the downtown. The room was great, so comfortable and happily surprised :) The Personnel were great and very nice. We stayed for 3 nights and able to have a good sleep and rest for the adventures of the following day. Next visit to Moab we will go back to the Gonzo Inn of course

The room was cute and clean and the bed was super comfortable. The location right on Main Street in Moab was very convenient. Everything I want and need in a room!

Everything about it was great!

I liked the location, cleanliness, how it is centrally located, the fact that there’s a highly rated cafe inside the premises and that they’re open till 11 AM (that was especially helpful on 1/1/2024 when many other breakfast places had closed temporarily), that they have a provision for packed lunch/breakfast for people planning on leaving early, that they’re pet friendly and just a chill , pleasant property in general.

The walls were too thin/it might have been because of a joint room situation. The guest next to us kept speaking pretty loudly on what seemed like a phone call for most of our first night there. We had an early morning hike planned and but we hardly slept because of the noise. We banged on his wall a couple of times the next night when we felt it was going to be the same as the previous night and he stopped. But I feel one just needed to be quieter in general. Another one, and it might not be serious, but the shower had quite low water pressure. Again, was pressed on time and had to take a quick shower but it did not turn out to be quick. Also, the shower gel/bath wash/soap situation was a bit inconvenient. The gel kept slipping off my hands before I could lather LOL

The staff were so lovely and helpful the room was really comfortable with great little design features and the shower was awesome.

Our room is spacious (King Suite), attentive staff! Nothing is too much for them and the location is perfect. Healthy breakfast which is freshly made for you! We were greeted with the smiles from Musch and Sarp every morning. Everything is perfect!! Thank you Gonzo!!

We loved the location and how friendly and accommodating the staff was.

The only thing I can say negative is there wasn’t an elevator, but that’s just a silly thing.

Friendly and professional staff, location is great and hotel is very clean and neat.

I didn’t like the fact that the extra charges for pet do not show on the website but you get presented with it at the moment of paper signatures. I felt it was like hidden fees, and I suggest they are presented in the website upfront for transparency.
