We love this hotel. Our second stay here. Moab is the perfect location for outside adventures and this hotel is the perfect base while there. The rooms are huge and have fully-equipped kitchenettes so you can prepare your own food. Very comfortable overall. Right on the main strip so you can walk to restaurants, coffee and groceries.

Many good breakfast options Weds. evening comp. Salad, cheese and crackers was a pleasant surprise! Should be on more than 1/day per week. Generous size room with full-size fridge

Kitchenette cookware was minimal (no small pots or pans); also no sponge to wash dishes, even though there was liquid dish soap.

The Bed was comfortable and spacious rooms

There was water from pool on elevator it was slippery

Breakfast was awful, room cleaning and replacement of towels etc was under request only and half the time they didn’t do it even when you requested. Completely unacceptable.

Street noise late at night but I guess that is Moab.

Location. It’s right on Main Street and walking distance to all the restaurants and shops.

Wish there was a tub in the bathroom, easier for bathing children. Also wished there was an outdoor pool.

The staff was friendly.

We love the facilities and thr location. Right downtown whithin walking to all the restaurants and shops we like. Just minutes away from several off road trails.Nice indoor pool and jacuzzi.

This is the 3rd year in a row that neither built-in bbq functioned properly in the outdoor lounge area, but at least we checked first so we didn't waste money buying bbq supplies.

Very clean, excellent location to Arches as well as restaurants, dedicated staff, good security, breakfast included (convenient), drinking water w/lemon slices always available in lobby, pet friendly.

The pricing breakdown compared to Booking.com was confusing even though the totals matched. Parking was scarce.

some of the staff (front desk) were rude and unprofessional. the man who checked us in on 3/24 was great, friendly and attentive. He made the check in process quick and easy as well. the younger sounding female who I dealt with a few hours later over the phone was not very helpful or professional. I asked if there was room service (a pretty standard question that shouldn’t have been very confusing for someone who works at a hotel front desk) and she laughed and in a rude way said “I’m confused , like what do you mean?” My second encounter with her (or a similar sounding female who was working that following morning on 3/25) was the next morning when I called to ask if I could have a late check out, I only needed an extra 10 minutes to pack my stuff. She abruptly cut me off and in an extremely rude tone said “UM NO MAAM I cannot do any late check out at ALL.” The hotel was in a great location, the room was clean and spacious, but I did not like the attitude of some of the staff, specifically the females who work there.” It felt like I was talking to a staff who worked at a cheap motel with no class or professionalism

The location , parking, pool and hot tub were all great! Coffee available at all times in lobby is a plus.

The cleaning staff doesn’t do a very good job. overflowing trashes, overflowing dirty pool towels, request for 1 room cleaning during our 4 night stay with a room that we cook in, was met with just a partial cleaning and no new toilet paper. ( a family of 5 uses more than 1 roll ) The breakfasts are mediocre. We travel frequently and for the price of this place we definitely expected more in ways of amenities and service.

The entire facility, inside and out, people to services was perfect! Room was outstanding, breakfast buffet, typically a giant disappointment (thank you Char) was absolutely delicious and fresh tasting. WILL BE BACK and will recommend it to friends who spend time in Moab.

Central location in town & very convenient. Comfy room with good hot breakfast. Nice pool.

When we first arrived, some things in the room didn’t work. After talking to the front desk, we figured we had to fiddle with a circuit breaker, which was unexpected. It was quickly fixed so it’s ok

Room was great; very nice layout. Clean.

Better pillow choices would have been nice. Free internet kept defaulting to hotel next door and had to reload several times to get it to work.
