Bed hurt my hips, cockroach in bathroom, you couldn’t close the shower curtain because the rod went up and the curtain slid down

The rooms smell freaking HORRIBLE. The beds were made and clean (I guess) with crumbs in them :-((

Room was nice and clean, maids did a great job cleaning the room, took my soap and did'nt replace it, had no soap on second day, used my own personal bar from my suitcase. Got soap back on third day.

Breakfast was a disappointment. No juice or milk available, no pancakes or fruit, only a honeybunn and coffee. Looked like everything was either broken or not available.

Location was good for the concert venue.

Elevators were inoperative. Room was on 3rd floor. Exterior Stairwells smelled like urine. Loud noisy sketchy neighbors. Hairs on pillows.

I was not happy with my experience there.

I arrived late (they had been notified) was advised they charged my credit card 3 days previous but didn't assign me a room so they were full. after travelling for hours and it being late I wasn't able to find another accommodation so he played in the computer for 15 minutes and said he found something, it was on the 4th floor, elevators were broken, stairwells smelled like pee. the whole floor wreaked of cigarette smoke. the breakfast was a few mini muffins that was it. I booked it over another hotel because it said they offered breakfast. I would not recommend.

There was no breakfast. Just a couple of muffins, it is ok as we have other options nearby but please advertise what you have. Property has many no smoking stickers all over but unfortunately room smells of cigarettes. Policies exist but need to be enforced strictly

Had to change rooms because original room had fresh urine on bed!! Paid for a queen size room and had to be moved to a double bed room due to that being all that was available! Elevators not working, breakfast was non- existent, and condoms seen on stairwells to go to 3rd floor

My husband is handicapped. We were put on the outside part, and it was a long walk for him because the 5 parking spots there were taken. The ice machine and elevator were not working. All night long, we heard people outside screaming and doors slamming. Another couple staying at the hotel with us had to change rooms due to fresh urine on bed. Saw drug deal as I was walking to the car. Condoms in stairwell. The bathroom door had a hole in it.

The elevators didn't work. Complimentary breakfast was muffins and juice.

Convenient and quiet, staff was very friendly and Location was nice.

Evening staff member as very friendly and professional. No problems with people smoking in their rooms. Smokers smoked in the outside stairwell. Did smell some smoke (I was close to stairwell).

Had 2 bouts of loud music for about 10- 15mins. early in the mourning during the week day on two different days. Break fest- better off paying break fest bowls. Beds not comfortable for 2 adults (had Queen beds). Observed people at times laying in the hallway talking on their phones- but no issues'. Day staff professionalism/friendliness 5.5/10 rating
