Not worth money. Room did not cool off good. Tv is so small. Handicap room was on 3rd floor. The second day they key would not work and I had to get walker back out go down hall to elevator then drive to front wait in line 15 mins to explain my key did not work. No apologies. My friend had just had surgery had to stand in 98 degree heat waiting for me to return. Handicap needs to be on lower level. This hotel is over priced dump

The sink and tub were missing the drain stoppers. The office said to stick a rag in the drain to hold the water. He said there was a history of people flooding the rooms so they were told to remove the stoppers

Keeping part of the deposit. They were very transparent about it. Not sure I agree with it. Uncharged for event weekend. I understand it but can also not like it. Was comparable to other establishments.

Room 254 was very clean. Soon as you opened the door you could smell cleaning supplies that was used. Coldest AC I ever had at any hotel. That sucker will freeze your butt off.

Red Roof is my favorite hotel as they have a no hassle pet policy. Plus this location gives discounts to the neighboring pancake house. This is way better than any continental breakfast! Also reasonable pricing.

The insects in and around the room, the plumbing needs work, and management failed TWICE to make any attempt to fix the bathtub draining issue after I reported it.

They nickel and dime you for $5 charges after you leave. When you call to ask what they are they can’t explain them, or say “they don’t show any extra charges”, but it sure took it out of my account. Then when you try to explain it they talk over you, interrupt, yell at you, then finally hang up.

Convenient location, clean but outdated in areas. A/c unit was rigged with an electrical receptacle lying on the floor. Seems dangerous.

The room was severely outdated, the cleanliness was not to any standard that met 89 a night, the water pressure was horrible I've been in a rain storm that had more, there was so much dust everywhere like the lamps/lampshades, tv, headboards, picture frames, etc that my husband and daughter both ended up needing allergy medication, had the room been decent we were thinking of staying two nights. But after not sleeping very well due to the room being very stuffy (AC Unit has seen better days), I woke at 6 and began packing up our stuff. It's sad these kind of places advertise better standards on the websites but in reality it's a huge ripoff. If we ever return to Pigeon Forge we will stay in a cabin like we did the first time. Hotels like this are being run down and choosing to stay that way. My opinion this place needs to have a new management and cleaning staff, maybe inspect the rooms before you rent them, and a whole renovation out of the 80s.

I do not like the 100. Damage deposit that is charged at check in and not returned for 5-10 days. When reserve there was nothing listed about deposit.
