The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner worked very well. The room was clean. The refrigerator was nice to have. The microwave was convenient.
For the price breakfast should be provided. Sometimes the room card took a couple times to unlock. Body wash wasn’t provided at times. The soap bar wasn’t easy to wash off hands, had to use wash cloth to wipe off.

I was very comfortable sleeping. Microwave and refrigerator are nice to have. Service both at the desk and housekeeping were good.
It would be nice to have breakfast provided.

I checked in and was charged 188.00$ l check out shortly after and had to beg to get any money back the gave me 110.00$ back. I feel ripped off
The place was dirty. It's not pet friendly it doesn't have any place for animals to go to the bathroom at . It has a pool but they haven't opened it since 2020. Bed mattress was very old and not comfortable toilet seat was very loose. The place smells like cigarettes and had cigarette burn holes on the bed spread in 4 places also the window in the rm had a large crack on the glass. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Overall, the place was a good value. We were pleased. The room was clean, front desk staff was nice, and the bed was more comfortable than we expected.

The room was clean and plenty big. The cleaning staff was very nice and the fact that the room entrances were inside the building was nice. Overall, it was a nice room for a decent price and fairly quiet.
The toilet and bathtub room was extremely small, and I'm not sure how anyone very big would fit in it. The front desk person never smiled and did not seem very approachable.

Had problems with wifi password. Thank he land mine phone was disconnected and not usable had to use my phone data to make calls at my expense.
I was billed twice because OYO Townhouse Dodge City KS told booking that l didn't check in on Sunday, March 26, 2023, and marked my reservation as a no-show. i was charged twice a US$ 56.37 because of no-show fee.

the beds were horribly uncomfortable and my boyfriend and i both woke up in pain each morning. also the late checkout fee was $35, probably not crazy for a big hotel but for a small oyo it was a bit pricey just for a couple hours. other hotels in town either didn’t give us a late checkout fee or it was $20
