zero noise insulation. zero. you hear the room next door and above as if they are in your room.

The breakfast was good

They staff didn't clean rooms. Our floor was not swept and trash not taken out. It was very noisy at 2 am and woke our one year old and we couldn't get a hold if any staff at front desk to help.

The breakfast was legit decent and the lady that was tending to the bar was top notch. Room was clean and tidy.

Booked 2 rooms thru booking.com with specific accommodations for a person in a wheelchair. The room with 2 queen beds that was handicap accessible was given to someone else. My mother in law was put in a suite with a handicap accessible bathroom. While that my sound like we came out on better end, it was not. It left part of our party sleeping on the floor. The suite has a bed and a pull out couch. But because of a partition wall the couch was not functional. I was traveling with seven people. 4 in one room 3 in the other. I waited hoping the management would make it right despite being the several times by the staff they would see about a discount for us.

The overwhelming smell of an illegal substance- had to switch rooms.

We have stayed there multiple times and have alway been treated well.

Multiple requests to repair the toilet seat were ignored. It has been a good value in the past….we could have stayed other places at the same price this time.
