The bed was comfortable.

Stairs were very narrow so you had to really grab the rail to get up and down. My room was in an unlit hallway and was very dark even during the day. The complementary breakfast was not good at all. Obviously store bought from Sam’s. One morning was bite size brownies and really bad chocolate muffins. Another day was bite sized stale cinnamon rolls. And then there was cold cereal. Not a very appealing or appetizing fare.

The customer service was good.

They said it was breakfast and all they had was cereal and milk the rooms need more upgrade the beds were hard and uncomfortable and it smell old.

Room was very clean and smelled nice. My only issue was the water pressure and lack of cold water. The water knob for the tub/shower was a singular type so when you turned it it started with warm to very hot water.

The mattress was comfortable and the room was recently remodeled. The location was conveniently located right off the highway and near food establishments. Gary the night manager was very helpful. There was free wifi, but we did not use it. Parking was sufficient for our pickup truck.

Although the linens were clean, the pillows provided were incredibly filthy (did not use). Still, my wife woke up to contracting pink eye. The steps to get upstairs were non-standard and a little difficult to get up (there is no other means to get to the second floor). The area had beggars on the corner asking for money (not the hotel's fault, but it did make us question security). The remodeled look of the room was nothing more than a new coating over old walls and floors. The free continental breakfast was a joke. The utensils to grab the food were filthy and the juice dispenser looked like it needed a good cleaning. The food offered were small muffins and cereal.

AC didn't work right refrigerator didn't work and found 2 dead roaches.
