charged extra “hotel fee” cost of almost $11/day for almost $300/day room! TV would not come on, reported it, no response, no TV for stay.

I liked that the person that completely checked me in was polite and helpful. We liked that the beds were comfortable and they accommodated our request for extra pillows and towels. The temperature control in the rooms was excellent, the television channel selection was excellent, the wifi was good, there was a nice suite shop downstairs that was useful since later night grocery shopping was about 20-30 minutes away. The room was 90% clean (a lot cleaner than some hotels I have been). The blackout curtains were useful. Everything in the room that we used was fully working and functional. We all enjoyed that there was a mini fridge and microwave in the room. The price was good compared to other prices around the Phoenix area.

**RATING REDO: I didn't appreciate that this property charged me for 3 times for a cancellation fee of $179. My booking was for one night and by the way, we DID NOT cancel, we did stay. I had confirmed with the front desk the rate before I had signed for our one night the rate, which was not that $179 cancellation fee. It took quite a while to get a hold of someone at GreenTree Inn & Suites to address this issue. When we got through, they weren't helpful and blamed those multiple charges on our bank (even though the rate wasn't right and it went through 3 times). I'm not made of money. I am not happy. It took this property a while to answer their phone. Therefore, I am lowering my rating for this property. WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN!** Didn't like that when I arrived one of the staff didn't seem willing to help. They said it was a computer issue, handed it off to the other staff member, and then told that other staff member they were headed out for the day and joked with that worker not to call them in for anything. Seemed like an awfully convenient computer error at that point. We didn't like that there seemed to be quite a bit of hair on the bathroom floor when we got to our room. There was a personal care item left from a previous guest under the bathroom counter stand. Some dust visible behind the corner chair, found a water bottle cap, and dust behind the bed. (Other main areas were well cleaned and kept! I was happy for that! I am sure their housekeeping works very hard and when we saw them in the hallway, they were polite!)

Bed was amazingly comfortable. The jacuzzi tub in the room was heaven.

The mini fridge in the room was loud. The blackout curtains don’t move, you cannot close them at all.

Just that employees had not filled the body wash in shower. it was empty. just lucky we had brought soap wit us and empty tissue holder.

I assume that because it was the Thanksgiving Giving holiday you were short staffed. No one available at breakfast Thursday and no one available when we checked out.

This hotel was amazing the rooms are really nice and spacious there’s a kitchen set up couch with a pull out bed as well as a desk if you need to work and a side chair enough space and room for any of your needs the bedding is also really comfortable would deff recommend

Chelsea, Lavanté, and Linda were AWESOME!! Thank you for making our trip comfortable and always having smiling and attentive faces when we asked questions or needed anything! The pool and spa were big hits. My dad (who is 71) enjoyed the spa immensely and made him so much more comfortable. Our kiddos loved the pool! The location is also perfect, our relatives who live in Florence are only 10 minutes away 🥰 All in all, it was a pleasant experience. Thank you!

Kendall was not helpful, sometimes rude, was on her phone most of the time and would not or barely acknowledge you when you stopped at the front desk. Every time we asked for room supplies she was very annoyed and refused to even attempt to look for our requested supplies. One evening we asked for towels and toilet paper and she said there were none. But then we asked the front desk just after her shift was up in the morning and the front desk attendant (Lavanté)got them for us right away ( he stepped behind the office space behind the desk). The next evening we requested extra blankets for my sister's room and were told there weren't any. I attempted to call the Greentree reservation line to see if I could find a manager or have them put in a request for us... the reservation clerk was nice enough to call and reported back to me that Kendall was also rude to her and told her there were none because there was a big wedding and no thing had been laundered. How can you run a 300+ room hotel with no housekeeping? Or is she really that lazy and just didn't want to go get linens? Also, she told me there is only one person in the entire building to represent the hotel at night with no way to contact a manager. That seems dangerous to me. What if there was an emergency? I have no confidence that Kendall would have handled an emergency with customers in mind. It was a disheartening experience to deal with a rude employee who could not be bothered with guest comfort and have no alternate person to speak to with. One other... there were pretzels in the pull out bed when we opened it up. They were not ours. Eww. And there were no linens in the room for the pull out bed, we had to request them.

It was clean but needed to be swept outdoors after recent rains and lots of bugs.
