The guest service was excellent

I reserved a room with 2 queen beds but I got 2 double beds I ended up purchasing an air up mattress at the local dollar general

Surprisingly clean.

No hot water, fridge had defrosted so was filled with water.

The location was good for the purpose of our trip. The owner was very kind!

The room overall was extremely old/dirty. The lighting didn't work correctly. The beds were unclean and very hard. We pulled down the covers and slept on top of the beds with our clothes/shoes on because it was so unclean. I slept about 2 hours. We stayed one night and forfeited the second even though we paid for two nights because a sign stating "no refunds" was posted in the office. The bathroom floor had hair on it that was not ours. The window glass in the bathroom was broken. From the inside of the room, a battery pack was exposed on the door locking mechanism. After, I spent two days sanitizing luggage and belongings.

We retired and it was the first place we found to stop. It was easy to book it online. The staff was very kind and congenial.

They advertised a pool but the pool was closed. We booked it because they had about a pool for our teenager. There was no ice machine. The beds were extremely hard and the room was dilapidated. It also had a strange moldy smell to it.

Room was rundown and needs remodeling. Traffic noise was terrible. WiFi didn’t work. No breakfast. Overpriced.

Exterior was well kept, but interior was a blast from the past and staff pleasant enough

WARNING!!!! no smoke detectors in the room. When I showed my concern to the women at the desk her response was, I have a call In to an electrician, we’re a small family business, guests steal them, ....... I advised getting a bunch of cheap battery ones. I struggled writing this review Because I don’t want to hurt their business but if it saves someone’s life it’s a no brainer. I may start traveling with my own carbon/smoke detector after this experience.

It was quiet. Reasonable price.

Bed was very soft

Bed was on the hard side. Definitely time for a new mattress.
