The Stuff was very Friendly and Helpful all the time! The Room with the pool Was Really Comfortable, Luxury and with a great view! The main Pool was also Beautiful and you can Relax any time and enjoy you drinks! The Breakfast was one of the best Breakfast I ever had at my Stays. Definitely recommended!

The Zante Maris suites team were incredible. So focussed on customer service and ensuring our stay was beyond our expectations (which it was!) The quality and selection of the breakfast buffet was excellent. The rooms were large and the beds really comfortable.

The shower pressure wasn’t great and the pool was really warm so not very refreshing on a hot day, but it wasn’t a deal breaker.

The staff were polite and friendly from the moment we arrived. Welcome drink on arrive as well. Breakfast choice was brilliant and the food at the hotel was gorgeous. The room was amazing, private pool was perfect and we were able to pay to have our room until we left for our evening flight. Completely faultless!

Absolutely nothing, everything was perfect.

Everything! from arriving at the gate, we were treated like royalty. Every single member of staff were so welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. We were greeted by Vicky in the reception who went above and beyond to make sure everything during our stay was great. The views, the room, the food was exceptional.

This place did not disappoint! The vibes were impeccable, looked exactly like the pictures portray. Amazing views, friendly and helpful staff and the delicious food was an absolute bonus! They thought of every detail and go out of their way to make you feel special. It's great for friend groups and couples alike. I am definitely coming back for another round 🥂

The internet strength in the rooms could use some help, also the pool outside our room wasn't heated at the time of our visit. I think the heating was broken because all other pools in the property are heated. It wasn't a deal breaker, just wasn't practical for a swim on the day it was cold.

The hotel staff deserves grade 10. All very kind, polite and attentive to guests needs in a very natural way without an artificial feeling which is common in many 5 stars hotels. It is nice to be treated in a respectful way without falsity. I (we) liked very much all the service provided for the hotel staff. Internet was good. Tv channels also good. Breakfast and kitchen good. Beautiful view no matter where you are in the hotel. Decoration in and outside, landscape, swimming pool all beautiful. Staff uniform discreet and nice. Housekeeping attent and excellent.

I was travelling with a friend and I request separate beds in my reservation via Booking and I could show it in the hotel when I arrived. I was informed that all rooms have double beds and that it is not the first time it happened so I guess Booking should or communicate me that it was not possible or inform the hotel what was my request before my arrival and change the information in the application making it clear for clients that the hotel doesn't have single beds. Fortunately the staff kindly arranged single beds for us. Here I want to highlight that the message I wrote in my reservation via Booking wasn't delivered to the hotel. The receptionist printed all my reservation to show it to me and she could see it was written in my Booking app. Reservation was made around 4 months ago so here I guess it was Booking's mistake. The room has/had a beautiful view but some details were missed specially for a 5 stars hotel. •A small mirror in the sink of the washroom which you can't use as a mirror because it is not handy it had a strange shape and size it looks like an ornament. The washroom needs and deserve more attention. •It was very uncomfortable to shave and use all cosmetics without a proper mirror and better artificial light in this area. Light can be better to the rooms receives beautiful natural light but in the washroom artifical and strong light is necessary. •The drainpipe was terrible.When we showered it was water running on the opposite side of the plumbing and we had to use a towel as a barrier to avoid water in the area outside the shower cabine which is an open cabine so without the towel on the floor the rest of the room would be wet as well. Randomly talking to other guests I heard they had the same problem in their rooms. •Too much open space in the room, there is no privacy when you go to shower. In my opinion friends and even couples need some privacy. A small change in this concern would elevate the rooms.

It was outstanding, probably the best hotel I have ever stayed at before! The service was exceptional, the food was great, the breakfast was the best I have every had and the architectural design was phenomenal! The receptionist, Mariella, was brilliant and gave great recommendations!

The gym was impractical and lacked equipment.

wonderful breakfasts with a wide selection of the best ingredients. excellent fruit cocktails, a wide range of fruit, great natural yoghurt and the double cappuccinos I miss. swimming pool and sun loungers around it which are very comfortable and you do not need to reserve them early in the morning :). very good waiters who can propose a good wine to the dishes. I highly recommend this hotel to people who want to relax in a pleasant and comfortable płace
