Check-in + check-out was smooth and the staff was excellent. Especially the shuttle bus driver! Has never met anyone that energetic before 5AM. Definitely made an impact on my long travel day that it was positive from the get go. The gym was also nice. Has all the equipment needed to stay in shape while travelling.

The pool looked a little bit dirty for my liking. This is most likely because of my own preference and tied to how often i swim as i have seen a wide variety of pools. Moreover, the air conditioner / heating system didn't work and was warming the room rather than cooling it. Also, the fridge was making noises that impacted my sleep a tiny bit.

This is my second time stayinf had to stay due to maintenance turning off water in my building so decided to stay at this hotel and it never fails and the breakfast was amazing as well! Love it

Front desk staff very friendly and accommodating. They held our luggage when we checked out as we were going to the hockey game. Breakfast was good.

The only complaint I have was there was an odor in the hallways going to and from our room. It smelled like sewage, so that was unpleasant.

Sofa was old, ripped pillows, and it was hard. Chair had food crumbs, and floor not vacuumed. When I pulled back top cover on the bed, the sheet had dried blood stain.

I'm a Hilton Honors member. One side of the hotel has view of the Rockies, the other side a parking lot. We got the parking lot view. I didn't realize this until after I checked into my room and felt it was too late ask for a room change at this point. In my opinion, the clerk should have made every effort to put us in a room with the best view available unless the hotel was full which it wasn't. We spent 3 nights last week in Colorado, all in Hilton hotels. I would have felt a lot better about choosing Hilton if my room assignment would have been handled differently. This is not criticism of the clerk at all. Everyone we encountered was professional and helpful.
