The place was nice, but they accused me of smoking and I'm no smoker. That room was cleaner when i left than when i entered it. So no I don't smoke. WHOM EVER YOU ARE ON FIRST SHIFT, BEING A BULLY

I was surprised to see the little kitchenette with the fridge and stove. Very nice. .

But I was confused that there was no coffee maker. Expected a small coffee maker in the room. Even brought my own coffee and could not make coffee. That is really something that would have made my stay better.

The breakfast was good, didn't have any problem with the food.

The fridge was not working correctly. Called about it but the switch out had sealing problems, so it wasn't keeping cold. No phone at all in room, the floors were really filthy, had to clean up water in floor. The paper towels were almost black, would not take shoes off my entire stay unless in bed.

This was the nastiest place I have ever seen, blood on walls. Bed on crates. Didn’t stay it was rented by the hour and homeless people sleeping in hallways. Will never book through booking.com ever again

My room was disgusting. The pillows smelled like cigarettes. When I mentioned that my room was dirty the clerk offered me a mop to clean the room I paid for. The place was disgusting

The location was close to restaurants and stores. Outside looked fairly new and clean. Guest were not noisy.

The staff was not pleasant. You would stand there and wait for them to acknowledge you. The rooms are worn and need updating. You only get 1 set of towels per guest. Towels were worn. Rooms are not cleaned properly. I cleaned my own room. Laundry costs $4. Vending machines close to empty.

At 7pm I received a call from front desk, confirming that I still held a reservation and she wanted to know how long it would be before my arrival. Said that after 8pm they close the front desk. Red flag number 1. Rushing me to check in. Number 2, when checking in, I found a man hanging around the front desk area. It was weird situation, I felt like I was impeding this guys wooing time with the front desk clerk. Who I might add was not very pleasant individual. Front desk clerk I mean. I made the comment wow, it's 91 degrees in this little vestibule. Trying to joke because that's the temperature outside. Well she didn't find it funny and looked distressed, because she was having to work in that climate. Number 3, she gave me my room key. I went to my room. The room was hot. I looked at the ac unit. Found it running at 70 degrees, on cool mode. I lowered to 61. Then called front desk. The very irritable lady said that the unit needed a little whiel to cool down. So I bought the lie, and went to planet fitness to end my day. 9:45 pm roles around and I'm back. The room is so hot, that when I sat on the bed, I could feel the saturation of humidity built up onto the sheets. It was terrible. This time I call front desk and refuse to stay in this room. The 3rd shift clerk, switches my room to 3 doors down the hall. What do you know a working A/C. TV doesn't. But that was fine, as long as I didn't have to sleep in anguish. I was in town scouting out locations for my construction crew to stay once our 2 year project starts. WoodSprings did not do a good job.

Bug infested. Spots missed being cleaned in bathroom. It was gross. bugs and roaches crawling in bathtub and found in room as well.
